Lamar Odom continues to recover with the Kardashians by his side.

Lamar went on a hike with his ex Khloe Kardashian and her sister Kim Kardashian West on Feb. 7 as seen on the livestream on Kim's app.

Although the former NBA player was not directly shown, Lamar's legs and shadow were visible during the livestream and Kim shared a photo of the family hike on Instagram.

"Super Soul Sunday time before Super Bowl Sunday time with Khloe & Lamar," Kim captioned the snap.

Earlier in the day, the 31-year-old "Kocktails With Khloe" host livestreamed the family breakfast where Lamar could be heard having a conversation with Rob Kardashian in the background.

Sources told TMZ that it was the first time that Lamar has gone outside for exercise and that he was "extremely impressive and made it the whole way without any issues."

Last October, Lamar was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel after a drug overdose. On. Jan. 6, 2016, he left Cedars-Sinai hospital after almost three months of rehabilitation. He was then transferred to a private facility near Khloe's home.

Khloe recently spoke out about Lamar's condition on "Live! with Kelly and Michael" on Jan. 15. She said he is doing "great."

"It's such a relief," she said. "It was terrifying and scary. No one knew what was going to happen. And what's crazy is because he's an athlete, I really think having so many years of working out every single day — he wasn't even walking three weeks ago, and now he's walking."

At a TCA panel a week before her "Live! with Kelly and Michael" appearance, she also spoke about Lamar.

"Because it's not my story to tell, I try to respect that and I want him to be able to tell that story," she said. "I'm just there to support and care for him."

She also added that she is impressed with how Lamar has recovered over the past few months. "I'm so proud of the strength that he has to fight this battle that's his battle," she told the audience. "And I'm so grateful for everybody's love and concern, because I think it is coming from a good place."
