Bam Margera is reportedly back in rehab again, and this time he got taken there by police.
TMZ reported that the former MTV star was at the Don CeSar Resort Hotel in St. Pete Beach, Florida, over the weekend when police got a call about an emotionally distressed person.

As police arrived, they were informed that a court order existed directing them to take that distressed person, who turned out to be Bam, straight to rehab. Bam was not arrested and was not cited for anything.
Bam is no stranger to rehab, as he's been in and out of treatment centers several times due to substance abuse issues.
Earlier this year, Bam alleged that his most recent rehab stay made things worse. Then in May he said he was working with a woman in Florida who had helped other famous folks, including a few well-known rock icons.
This new police-assisted rehab stint comes just a few weeks after Bam's wife asked for custody of their 3-year-old son, Phoenix Wolf. Adding to the turmoil in his life, Bam was also booted from the newest "Jacka**" film in the spring, and he claimed his co-stars had "betrayed" him. But, one of his most prominent co-stars argued otherwise.

After Bam lambasted Johnny Knoxville and director Jeff Tremaine, saying they "strung me along like a puppet" and treated him horribly, fan favorite Steve-O weighed in and claimed the two men went above and beyond for Bam. In fact, he alleged that Bam was only fired from the popular prank series because he couldn't stay sober.
"Bam— the two people you're saying wronged you (Knoxville and Tremaine) are the same two people who organized the intervention which saved my life," he commented on Instagram. "Everyone bent over backwards to get you in the movie, and all you had to do was not get loaded. You've continued to get loaded, it's that simple."
Steve-O added, "We all love you every bit as much as we all say we do, but nobody who really loves you can enable or encourage you to stay sick."
