Good luck keeping up with Rob Kardashian!

The reclusive former reality-TV star looks better than he has in years and appears to be back on track to a healthy and happy lifestyle thanks in no small part to his relationship with Blac Chyna.

The 28-year-old, who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in December 2015 after he suffered a major health scare that landed him in the hospital, was photographed looking noticeably slimmer during an outing with his girlfriend in Los Angeles on Feb. 16.

Rob wore black pants and a black hoodie over a black T-shirt with a blue Los Angeles Dodgers baseball cap during the casual outing.

On Feb. 13, he took to Instagram to share an old paparazzi photo of himself looking fit in an almost identical ensemble. "I'm going to get this," he wrote in the caption.

If his progress thus far is any indication, he certainly will!

On Feb. 18, the "Dancing With the Stars" alum, who reportedly gained 100 pounds over the course of three years, was photographed packing on the PDA with Blac as they visited the Epione Cosmetic Laser Center in Beverly Hills, California. As they stopped for a smooch outside the building, the model even partially wrapped her leg around her beau, who couldn't stop smiling during the outing.

Rob also took to Snapchat on Feb. 18 to share a super-sweet shot of himself beaming while posing with his girlfriend of a month as she reached up to caress his chin.

The model has reportedly been instrumental in Rob's fitness journey. According to Us Weekly, she hired a chef and an online personal trainer to help him achieve his weight-loss goals.

Us adds that Blac has also given her beau an essential confidence boost.

"[She] has been good for him," a source told the magazine.

But Rob's relationship with the model hasn't necessarily been good for the rest of his famous family.

Blac shares a son, King Cairo, with rapper Tyga, the off-and-on love of Rob's half sister, Kylie Jenner. The 18 year old reportedly felt completely betrayed by her big brother's relationship with her boyfriend's ex. (Blac is also best friends with Amber Rose, who previously romanced Kim Kardashian's hubby Kanye West.)

But the biggest complication stemming from Rob and Chyna's newfound love has been with Khloe Kardashian. The "Kocktails with Khloe" hostess reportedly kicked her brother and longtime roomate out of her home shortly after he and Blac got together in January.

She addressed the rift in their relationship on Instagram on Feb. 18.

"It's simple..... I miss you 😫😫😫" Khloe captioned an old black-and-white photo of herself and her little bro.

It just goes to show: You can never have it all!
