In fact, Scott spent some quality time with his children -- Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and 11-month-old Reign -- as well as some of the other Kardashian family members on the evening of Nov. 11, TMZ reports.
According to the site, Scott seemed like "a whole new him" and has been "amazing" since he entered his latest stint in rehab in October.
This is reportedly the third time Scott has visited a rehab facility in 2015. The 32-year-old checked into a center in Costa Rica for substance abuse in March.
It was also reported he spent several hours in a Florida facility in July after Kourtney broke up with him follwoing Scott's vacation to the South of France where was seen partying excessively and getting cozy with an ex-girlfriend.
Throughout the summer, the man known as "Lord Disick" missed his daughter Penelope's 3rd birthday party and continued to make appearances at nightclubs.
This latest rehab experience in Malibu, Calif., though, may have been the most effective, according to TMZ, as the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" stars' relationship may not be officially over. The pair reportedly has already been visiting couple's therapy together.
