Is Vanessa Hudgens trying to tell us something?

The actress has been spotted recently wearing a ring on THAT finger, although she hasn't publicly said anything about a potential engagement.

The "Grease: Live!" star rocked a big ring on her ring finger while attending the launch of Studio 189 for Collection in Beverly Hills, California, on May 11. A source also told that she was spotted wearing a ring while at Los Angeles hotspot SoulCycle.

"I saw Vanessa Hudgens sporting a nice big engagement ring," the source said.

Vanessa has been dating actor Austin Butler since 2011, so perhaps these two have taken their relationship to the next level (or maybe she's simply hinting that she'd like to.)

The couple hasn't been shy about their romance, often appearing on each other's social media pages and frequently photographed together in public. In September 2015, Austin spoke to Entertainment Tonight about what makes their relationship work.

"I think you just have to -- it's important to put that other person first," the 24-year-old former "Carrie Diaries" star shared. "If you're constantly looking for ways that you can make them happy, and they're constantly looking for ways that they can make you happy, then you kind of lift each other up as much as possible and you can't go wrong."

In August, Vanessa addressed him while accepting an award for Breakthrough Performer at the 2015 Industry Dance Awards. Shortly afterward, Vanessa's father passed away and Austin was there to comfort her.

"Last year, my boyfriend, Austin, lost his mom, Lori, to cancer, and my dad has just been recently diagnosed with stage four cancer," Vanessa said in her impassioned speech. "Let me tell you, I hate cancer. I hate cancer with every cell of my being."

"This award, it means a lot to me but I dedicate it to my boyfriend's mom, Lori, my dad, and to all the families out there who are struggling with this [cancer], because it really takes a strong person and a strong family to be able to help those out who are going through this."
