Bonjour! For the first time ever, the iconic Victoria's Secret Fashion Show will take place in Paris, it's been officially announced.
The location of the show is typically made in the Spring, but organizers held off until very late in the process this year for fears of a possible terror attack. TMZ reports that the organizers decided to hold the show in Paris months ago, but made the decision to delay the announcement as much as possible as to not give terrorists time to plan a sophisticated attack.
"Show officials have been secretly working with French national security agencies to thwart possible plots," the website said.
The specific venue is still a secret.
The fashion show is typically a hotbed of celebrities, with many of them participating or attending, so it would likely be a high value target for terrorists.
On Monday, a teaser video was released showing the "Angels" receiving test messages telling them to pack their bags. They then learned that they'll be traveling to the Paris for the event. The show is usually filmed in New York, but the show did take place in London in 2014.
At this point, little else is known about the 2016 show, including which model will don the now-famous multi-million dollar Fantasy Bra. Models already set to walk include Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio and Lily Aldridge.
Last year's show included both Behati Prinsloo and Candice Swanepoel, both of whom recently gave birth to children. It also included Kendall Jenner, who hasn't returned to Paris since her sister Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint at her hotel on Oct. 2.
The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show will air on Dec. 5, 2016, on CBS.
