Drew Barrymore and her husband of three years, Will Kopelman, are divorcing, it has been reported.

The New York Post said the couple has separated and plan to divorce soon. They have two children together, Olive, 3, and Frankie, who turns 2 later this month.

"They've been having some difficulties, but they remain close for the sake of their kids," one source told the newspaper's Page Six gossip section.

A second source said, "Drew had a very rebellious and wild childhood, with no family around her, and while she is a very different person now, and a great mother, some of that can stay with you."

Reps for both Drew and Will have not commented on the reported split.

On March 31, Drew's mind seemed to be far from her marriage and more centered on her children, as she posted several Instagram snaps of her getting her daughters' names tattooed on her wrist.

"Guess what I'm getting…" she said in the first shot showing her getting her right wrist etched. She followed that up with two images of the finished product. "Getting a great little lifetime note on my arm," she said in one snap with her tattoo artist.

Drew hasn't posted an image of Will to her Instagram since last summer on their third anniversary.

"Happy anniversary Mr. Kopelman, cheers to you! I love you and I love our daughters !!!!!!!" she said at the time.

He wasn't even in her holiday card pictures last year.

The couple married in 2012 after meeting just four months prior.

"It was never really love at first sight. Will struck a lot of my pragmatic sides," she told InStyle last year. "He was someone who was always reachable on the phone, someone who was a classy human being, someone who has this incredible blueprint of a family that I don't have."

Drew has famously had many ups and downs in her life, as she's been married now three times. She's also been to rehab multiple times and has even said she didn't have parents growing up.

Last year she said she and her husband "compromise on a lot of things."

"We know each other very well and know what our likes and dislikes are, and what works and doesn't work," she told Us Weekly. "Small things like rushing to the airport can be someone else's nightmare and we have to change for the better to grow as a couple."

Drew was previously married to bartender Jeremy Thomas in 1994. The marriage lasted less than two months. In 2001, she married comedian Tom Green. That marriage dissolved in five months.
