Locked up! Jenelle Evans' boyfriend and father of her unborn child, David Eason, is headed to prison for 60 days.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, David was sentenced to hard time after violating a domestic-violence protective order. Us Weekly confirmed the report with the New Hanover Clerk of Court's Criminal office in North Carolina.
In October 2015, David's ex-girlfriend filed the protective order against him but the court said he violated it in March.
"Defendant was in the same location as his child … who was out with his grandmother … and aunt, when defendant approached same and hugged," the heavily-redacted document stated. "[He] was told not to … and grabbed the child again."
David is the father to a little girl named Maryssa, as well as a little boy named Kaden, who he shares with his ex.
Jenelle's beau pleaded not guilty to the violation in September, but a North Carolina judge found him guilty and sentenced him to two months in the clink. David has reportedly appealed the decision, but no date has been set as to when the Superior Court will hear the case out.
What does all this mean for "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle? It means that she will likely be without her man throughout a portion of her pregnancy, as she and David are expecting a child together in January. It will be the third child for both of them, as Jenelle is the mother to 6-year-old son Jace and 2-year-old son Kaiser.
In August, Jenelle formally announced via social media that she was expecting a girl. "Time to introduce the world to our baby girl soon, Ensley Jolie Eason," she wrote at the time. The news of the pregnancy wasn't exactly a surprise. A month prior, her secret had leaked out in a police report that stemmed from a small auto accident that David was involved in.
Being without her beau during pregnancy is actually familiar waters for Jenelle. In 2014 while was she was pregnant with Kaiser, her then boyfriend Nathan Griffith was jailed for driving with a suspended license.
