How is it humanly possible that this 47-year-old woman actually looks this good?

The singer/actress took to Instagram on Nov. 3 to post a selfie about female empowerment. Her message may have gotten lost in the distraction that is her stunning looks and insanely fit body.

"#loveyourselffirst #feelingempoweredđź‘‘ #healthybodyhealthymind," she wrote of the image in which she kneels on a bed and shows an awful lot of side boob and a hint of booty.

Within an hour of her post, the image was liked 350,000 times.

Did we mention that she's single?

It's no secret that J.Lo is beyond fit, but her newest selfie proves that she is essentially unworldly (and we mean that as a compliment!).

Earlier this year, the mother of two spoke to Us Weekly about her fitness regimen, and one of her biggest tips is about as easy as it gets: she tries to get 10 hours of sleep per night.

"I don't drink or smoke or have caffeine," she told the mag in January. "That really wrecks your skin as you get older."

She also recommends staying out of the sun. "I am rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen," she adds. "I've never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself."

Of course, on the workout front, it doesn't hurt that she has two trainers, or that she's constantly moving around in her highly-energetic Las Vegas show.

As for her diet, she eats a primarily green diet, heavy on veggies.

The "Shades of Blue" actress also doesn't skimp out on sleep.

"I love a good nine or 10 hours, but I can never get that. So seven or eight is mandatory," she said. "If I don't get it, I just don't feel right. I start feeling crazy, I get emotional and I feel tired all the time."
