Ice Cube admits that he almost committed cold blooded murder over $20 as a youth.
The rapper dished on the incident while appearing on "In Depth with Graham Bensinger," saying the he was livid after the man swindled $20 from his mom.

"Somebody I knew and went to school with — who we knew was heavy on drugs — had went around to my house and gave my mother some cockamamie story, so she gave him $20, and I was so mad," the N.W.A. rapper said. "You violated me and my family, because you knew you wasn't ever going to give that $20 back. So, me and friends was going around the corner to kill him."
The man wasn't home, but Cube has zero doubts that someone would have pulled the trigger, and he implies that that person would have been him.
"Thank God he wasn't home," Cube said. "We were young and we was mad and we had a weapon and it was going to happen. It would've been stupid, and I wouldn't be sitting here if it did happen."
The "Fist Fight" actor admits that he thinks about what his life would have been had the man been home.
"Like I said, I'm glad he wasn't there," Cube persisted, "because nobody should die over $20."
