Sarah Ferguson refuses to speak ill of Queen Elizabeth II.

Ferguson is rumored to be working on an explosive tell-all, but she's unlikely to complain about her late mother-in-law.

Ferguson, who often speaks highly of Elizabeth, was so close to the late monarch that she inherited Her Majesty's beloved corgis. In an appearance on the "Tea with Twiggy" podcast, Ferguson praised their relationship.

"I think to myself that honestly, my mother-in-law has been more of a mother to me than my mother," the mom of two said before Elizabeth's passing. "I absolutely think there is no greater mentor because from a little girl to now, the consistency of Her Majesty has been a great honour and makes me want to cry."

"Because I went through so much pain losing mom, I lost my way, and I became deeply, deeply insecure. I kept asking everybody for advice," she continued. "And I never trusted my own judgment of myself. I have got my lovely ex-husband Andrew – he always believes in me and always did believe in me. But my greatest mentor – and I know this sounds so weird to say it – and the person who believes in me is the Queen and has never faltered."

In the past, Ferguson seemed to try to draw negative attention to Elizabeth. In her 1996 interview with Oprah Winfrey, the former royal opened up about her struggles to adjust to the lifestyle.

"You didn't marry the fairy tale, you married a man," Ferguson said on The Oprah Winfrey Show. "You fell in love and married a man, and then you have to come to terms with the fairy tale. Now it's not a fairy tale, it's real life."

Winfrey asked the ex-duchess why she didn't just "play the game" to stay in the royal fold. "You could do that, and if that's what suits you, then that's what suits you," Ferguson replied.

While Ferguson tried not to cause controversy for Elizabeth, she didn't shy away from chatting about Princess Diana and King Charles III's divorce.

"But Diana and I are like rivers, we want to learn more, we want to go around the corner, we are hungry for more," the author shared.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor suffered another loss, as Maidenhead — a town in England — residents push to change the name of a street named after him.

According to the Daily Express, a"large number" of locals want to change the name of Prince Andrew Road after his scandal.

"It's not a name that you want attributed to where you're living," Aman Gandhi, who lives on Prince Andrew Road, told the BBC. "From my perspective, the sooner [the renaming] comes, the better."

"You've got to change all your deeds. Everything has to be changed," another resident shared. "And I guess I just feel it's a lot of hassle to do that."

Amid the street drama, the ex-duke is trying to find a new address after being kicked out of Royal Lodge.

An insider told The Daily Beast that Andrew wants a "substantial six or seven bedroom house on the Sandringham Estate, complete with staff including a cook, gardener, housekeeper, driver and police security."

"Andrew has done exactly what has been asked of him, and he just wants to be left alone. He is giving up the lease on one of England's finest houses and expects to be treated fairly," the source added.

A former courtier added that things with Mountbatten-Windsor are "always going to be about money."

"Andrew is essentially being bought out of the lease, so he will haggle over every last detail of the deal," the source shared.

King Charles III stripped away his brother's royal privileges and titles after Virginia Giuffre's assault allegations against Mountbatten-Windsor resurfaced. As more details about Mountbatten-Windsor's alleged misconduct and friendship with Jeffrey Epstein emerge, he is pushed further into hiding.

"His Majesty has today initiated a formal process to remove the style, titles and honors of Prince Andrew. Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor," Buckingham Palace said in a statement. "His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence. Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease, and he will move to alternative private accommodation. These censures are deemed necessary, notwithstanding the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him."

"Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse," the statement continued.

Prince Harry was heckled after the Duke of Sussex joked about Donald Trump on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

"You Americans are obsessed with Christmas movies, and you're clearly obsessed with royalty, so why not?" Harry told Stephen Colbert.

After the comedian tried to brush off the comment, Harry threw a jab at the president.

"Really? I hear you elected a king," the Duke of Sussex said as the crowd jokingly booed.

During the television appearance, Harry and Colbert made a spoof holiday trailer.

"So what's a prince got to do to get into a Hallmark movie these days? I've got skills. I can ride a horse, I can fly a helicopter, I can ride a horse in a helicopter!" Harry said.

"This is show business, it's about who you know. I mean, do you have a personal connection to any famous TV actresses?" Colbert asked, referring to Meghan Markle.

"I might know one," the prince said. "I'll do anything, I'll record a self-tape, I'll fly myself to an audition, settle a baseless lawsuit with the White House, all the things you people in TV do."

"I didn't do that," Colbert replied, referring to the Trump and CBS' $36 million settlement over 60 Minutes' Kamala Harris interview.

"Maybe that's why you were canceled," the prince quickly fired back.

Trump has been a vocal critic of Harry and Colbert, and there were concerns that the politician would deport the ex-royal. However, Trump confirmed he would "leave him alone."

"I don't want to do that. I'll leave him alone. He's got enough problems with his wife. She's terrible," Trump told the New York Post when asked if he'd take away the prince's visa.

Trump also celebrated once Colbert lost his show.

"I absolutely love that Colbert got fired. His talent was even less than his ratings," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "I hear Jimmy Kimmel is next. Has even less talent than Colbert!"

Queen Camilla surprisingly spoke out about the Russia-Ukraine conflict during an official engagement.

Camilla paid tribute to British soldiers, who fought in the Crimean War in the 1850s.

"Only recently, we marked the 80th anniversaries of both victory in Europe and victory over Japan," Camilla said during a reception at the Guildhall. "During these moments of commemoration, I was fortunate to speak privately with so many of our surviving veterans who voiced a clear and unanimous plea, the path to peace must be pursued with the same vigour and determination that our Forces prepare for combat."

"It is only fitting, then, to rewind the clock 170 years, when The Rifles' antecedents stood alongside our European allies in modern-day Ukraine," she added.

Camilla, who is the Colonel-in-Chief of the Rifles, has a lifelong connection to the Armed Forces through her father, Major Bruce Shand, who served in World War II.

"Let us hope, as our antecedents did then, that our resolve to stand up to tyranny in this same region can again find a resolution to another devastating and brutal war," Camilla said.

Camilla isn't the only member of the royal family to speak on Ukraine-Russia relations, as Prince Harry visited the region for the Invictus Games. Harry, who served in the British military, traveled to Kyiv to pay his respects to fallen and injured soldiers.

"Seeing people with prosthetics and life-changing injuries is going to be the norm in Ukraine for the coming decades," Harry told The Guardian. "Nobody should feel embarrassed or ashamed about their disabilities. It's about flipping from sympathy to admiration and respect."

After retiring from the military, Harry founded the Invictus Games, which uses sports to help injured soldiers and veterans in their recovery journey. While visiting a memorial, Harry became emotional as he paid his respects.

"I wanted to find a spot to lay the wreath in peace, away from everyone. My God, it's like a maze in there. I didn't appreciate how far back it went," Harry told the outlet. "Honestly, it is one of the saddest things I have ever seen. But also one of the most beautiful."

Meghan Markle's estranged father, Thomas Markle, is in intensive care.

"I took dad to a hospital close to our home, and they did various scans and the doctors said his life was in imminent danger. They raced us by ambulance, with the sirens going, to a much bigger hospital in the center of the city," Thomas Markle Jr. told Daily Mail. "My dad has undergone emergency surgery."

"I would ask everyone around the world to keep him in their thoughts," Thomas Jr. added. "My only wish is that Meghan shows my father some compassion. He is literally fighting for his life."

Thomas Sr.'s relationship with Meghan fell apart after he was caught staging photos with the paparazzi. Since the 2018 scandal, the Duchess of Sussex and her dad haven't spoken.

"He is a strong man, but he has been through so much. I am praying that he is strong enough to survive this. My father has been through two heart attacks, a stroke and an earthquake. I hope he can pull through this," Samantha Markle said.

In Harry & Meghan, Meghan recalled confronting Thomas Sr. after it was reported that he worked with a tabloid.

"H and I called my dad. I said, 'They're saying you're taking money from the tabloids to stage photos. Is this true?' He says, 'No,'" Meghan said. "And on that call, I'd said to him, 'Look. If they can't stop this story, then it's going to come out tomorrow, so why don't we send someone right now to your house to get you out of there now, because if that's the case, your house will be swarmed by media. We'll get you out.'"

Before her wedding day, Meghan and Thomas Sr. were close, as the Suits star even called herself a "daddy's girl" in her Netflix series.

"She had a father before this," Prince Harry told cameras. "Now she doesn't have a father. I shouldered that. Because if Meg wasn't with me, then her dad would still be her dad. It's amazing what people would do when offered a huge amount of money. Fifty thousand, a hundred thousand, to hand over photographs, to create a story. And thank God most of them said no."

Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton are more alike than people might think.

Although the two are reportedly at odds, the Duchess of Sussex and the Princess of Wales share many of the same interests and hobbies including one for which Kate is particularly well known.

While studying at University of St. Andrews, the mother of three reportedly wrote a dissertation on Lewis Carroll's photos of children.

What do Meghan and Kate think of each other?

In the 2022 Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan, the actress recalled her awkward first meeting with her future sister-in-law.

"I met [Kate] for the first time, I think we went for dinner. I remember I was in ripped jeans and barefoot," the mother of two said. "I was a hugger — I've always been a hugger. I didn't realize that that was jarring for a lot of Brits."

"I started to understand that the formality on the outside carried through on the inside, that there is a forward-facing way of being and then you close the door … [and] 'I can relax now,'" she continued. "But that formality carries over on both sides, and that was surprising to me."

Harry recalls an awkward moment

Prince Harry recounted a tension-filled moment between his wife and Kate during an official event.

"Kate asked Meg what she thought of her first Trooping the Colour," he wrote in his 2023 memoir Spare, adding that "Meg joked, 'colorful.'"

"However, instead of eliciting a chuckle, a large silence instead emerged. And a yawning silence threatened to swallow us all whole," recalled Harry, who left The Firm and moved to America with Meghan in 2020.

Prince William and Prince Harry are gearing up for an awkward reunion in 2026.

According to The Sun, Harry and William are both expected to attend the 2026 World Cup in Los Angeles.

"Wills is planning to come to the U.S., and we have been told to prepare for what a trip would entail," a source told The Sun. "Interactions between security services and U.K./U.S. intelligence teams are in progress."

William and Harry's relationship unraveled after the duke publicly attacked the future king and the royal family in his various tell-all projects. After years of Harry publicly complaining about living in William's shadow, the siblings' bond remains fractured.

"At this point, Harry's resentment towards William seems less about the Sussexes' actual exit in 2020 and more about what came after: the silence, the distance and the sense that the family iced them out because they dared to speak up," royal commentator Amanda Matta told Fox News Digital.

"There simply has to be frustration that the family won't engage in good faith with the points that Harry has raised, even though he's done so publicly," Matta added.

Since leaving the U.K., Harry has settled into life in Montecito, while William is in England, focused on the monarchy.

"Currently, and for the foreseeable future, the relationship between Prince Harry and Prince William remains deeply fractured, with really no sign of any reconciliation," British royals expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News Digital.

"Their lives and priorities have diverged dramatically since Harry decided to depart from royal duties. Harry is still harboring lingering resentment toward William, as evident in his comments," Fordwich continued. "He has whined about both the estrangement and his sense of being unsupported, particularly regarding issues like security."

Behind the scenes, sources hinted at William feeling the duke's absence.

"Harry left a large gap in William's world, not just personally but practically," a source told Us Weekly. "The whole idea was for Harry to work hand-in-hand with William and to divide and conquer during William's monarchy. So Harry not being there is tough. [William] feels deserted by his brother – not that he would ever say that out loud."

Despite years of tension, Harry insists he wants to make peace with his relatives.

"There have been so many disagreements between myself and some of my family," Harry told the BBC.

"I would love reconciliation with my family. There's no point continuing to fight anymore. Life is precious," the duke added.

Meghan Markle struggled to adjust to royal life despite Prince Harry's attempts to prepare her for it.

"I tried to warn you as much as possible, but I think both of us were totally surprised by the reaction after the first five, six months, which we had to ourselves [and] what actually happened from then," Harry said in the couple's engagement interview.

Harry shared they were "totally unprepared" for the public curiosity surrounding their relationship.

Years after the Sussexes' engagement interview, the pair left the U.K. In their explosive tell-all interview, the duo implied that the British press' coverage of Meghan prompted their decision to step down from their roles. Most importantly, Meghan admitted that she was fearful for Prince Archie's safety, as the youngster wasn't born with security privileges.

"We haven't created this monster machine around us in terms of clickbait and tabloid fodder. You've allowed that to happen, which means our son needs to be safe," Meghan told Oprah Winfrey during their CBS interview.

"We're talking about the U.K. press here, right? And this … the U.K. is my home. That is where I was brought up," Harry said. "So yes, I've got my own relationship that goes back a long way with the media. I asked for calm from the British tabloids — once as a boyfriend, once as a husband and once as a father."

Meghan later alluded to the royal family enabling the tabloids to publish negative stories about her.

"I think there's a reason that these tabloids have holiday parties at the Palace. They're hosted by the Palace, the tabloids are. You know, there is a construct that's at play there," Meghan explained. "And because from the beginning of our relationship, they were so attacking and inciting so much racism, really, it changed our . . . the risk level, because it went . . . it wasn't just catty gossip."

"It was bringing out a part of people that was racist in how it was charged," she continued. "And that changed the threat. That changed the level of death threats. That changed everything."

Meghan Markle's wardrobe transformed when she married Prince Harry, but experts claim Queen Elizabeth II disapproved of the expensive makeover.

"She also took a call from Harry and then reportedly remarked: 'more money' rolling her eyes," associate editor Camilla Tominey told The Telegraph, insinuating that the prince asked his grandmother to cover the cost of his wife's clothes.

Royal journalist Robert Jobson claimed the Sussexes accumulated significant expenses during their time as working royals.

"I think the point was they had spent a lot of money, they had supported Harry … he was then saying later, 'I never got any.' He did, he got many, many, many thousands of pounds," Jobson alleged. "More than we can probably know to the point the King said, 'I'm not a bank anymore' … so that's quite telling."

"The Queen thought Meghan was spending too much on clothes," Jobson continued. "She did. But some people might criticize that, as in the 1940s and 1950s, when she was being dressed for these tours. There was a lot of money being spent on royal tours."

Jobson later pointed out how Meghan sported a designer dress while visiting Morocco with Harry.

"But maybe not £60,000 [$80,000 USD] on one Dior gown she wore during the 2019 Morocco tour?" Tominey asked.

"That was seen as over the top … not sending the right message," Jobson replied. "The Queen, at the end, was always about the right message. Throughout her life, she got it exactly right."

Despite her public complaints about royal life, Meghan gushed over her relationship with the monarch in her explosive CBS interview with Oprah Winfrey.

"I've loved being in her company. She's always been warm, welcoming, and inviting," Meghan said.

The duchess also reflected on Her Majesty's legacy while promoting her defunct podcast, "Archetypes."

"There's been such an outpouring of love and support. I'm really grateful that I was able to be with my husband to support him, especially during that time," Meghan told Variety. "What's so beautiful is to look at the legacy that his grandmother was able to leave on so many fronts."

"Certainly, in terms of female leadership, she is the most shining example of what that looks like," she added. "I feel deep gratitude to have been able to spend time with her and get to know her."
