Josh Duggar has been arrested by federal agents in Arkansas.
Local jail records show that the former "Counting On" star was taken into custody by United States Marshals in Washington County and is being held in the detention center without bail. Why he was arrested isn't immediately known.

TMZ, which was first to report news of the arrest, said Homeland Security agents were investigating the car dealership where Josh works in November 2019, but it's not known if his detainment is related to that investigation.
Josh, 33, is also currently involved in a real estate fraud lawsuit. Again, whether this arrest is linked to that isn't known.

Josh, the eldest member of the 20 Duggar children, has been in hot water before, both legally and spiritually. Back in 2015, Josh, a devout Independent Baptist, admitted to cheating on his wife after a hack exposed that his credit card was linked to an account on Ashley Madison, which facilitated extra-marital affairs. He was later sued by a DJ for using that man's likeness on the websites he used during his cheating scandal.
Before news of his infidelity broke, it was reported that Josh had molested five girls, including his sisters, when he was a teenager.
