The Diceman reportedly made the announcement in between jokes during a recent show at Uncle Vinnies Comedy Club in New Jersey.
"It Don't Matter … Palsy Face Or Not!!!," he later said on Instagram. "Untouchable … Loving Boutique Tour"
A rep for the comedy legend told TMZ that Dice woke up several weeks ago and noticed that his face was drooping. At the time, the "A Star Is Born" actor was certain he didn't suffer a stoke, but he went to the doctor regardless. There, he was diagnosed with Bell's palsy, a condition that causes sudden facial muscle weakness or paralysis.
The symptoms are usually temporary and Dice expects to be back to normal within a couple weeks. He's vowing that the condition won't keep him from doing comedy shows and attending events, and he's been keeping that promise. Earlier in the week Dice attended Tony Bennett's 95th birthday celebration with his girlfriend.
"Now I know I Still Got Some Bell Palzy Face … But Nothin Was Gonna Stop Me From Taking My Sugahplum To Radio City Music Hall … Celebrating , And Listening To @itstonybennett," he wrote on Instagram.
At the show, he ran into his "A Star Is Born" costar Lady Gaga. "Was Great To See My On Screen Daughter @ladygaga," he wrote on Instagram. "It Was A Fun Hang."
