Machine Gun Kelly is about to be riding in style again.
According to TMZ, the singer's purple Aston Martin was stolen last week, but Los Angeles police have since recovered it. The car is reportedly still nearly as good as new.
"Flipping Out" star Jeff Lewis first told his listeners that MGK's pricey ride was stolen, having heard about the theft from the singer's next-door neighbor. Jeff previously lived next to MGK but recently sold his home to the new neighbor. According to Jeff, the new owner wanted to know if he was aware of any security cameras that may have captured the thief or thieves.
In the end, police didn't need security cameras to get the car back.
TMZ reports police were on routine patrol on Dec. 13 when they saw someone drive by in the car. Police were unable to chase the car at the time. However, they later searched the area and found the car abandoned in a home's driveway. The engine was still running and the car was in good shape.
Police weren't able to arrest the suspects, as they were gone by the time authorities arrived on the scene.
Aston Martins are incredibly expensive — on average, they cost about $200,000, though prices can range upwards of more than one million dollars.
MGK's car is still in the impound lot, but Megan Fox's beau should be back behind the wheel very soon.
