Bye, breasts

Tamra Judge shares pic after removing breast implants

Tamra Judge is au natural.

The former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star has followed through on a previous promise, and she's removed her breast implants.

On July 20, Tamra posted a selfie after the surgery and gave her 1.7 million Instagram followers a health update.

"Implants & capsules removed. Feeling tired & a little sore as expected," she wrote on Instagram. "I'm pretty sure Not working out will be the hardest part for me."

"I know it sounds crazy but I woke up today with rosy cheeks, No sinus congestion and happy thoughts. I'm hoping I will continue to see health improvements as the weeks go on," she continued. "I Just got home from my check up with @dr_ambe and every thing looks great."

She plans to share more of her removal journey in the coming months.

"Disclaimer- although I do have a good amount of breast tissue , what you're seeing is swelling, two layer padded bra and gauze," the reality TV star wrote.

Just weeks ago, Tamra told her social media fans that she was going through with the removal surgery

In a post to her Instagram Story in late June, Tamra shared a topless image while NSYNC's "Bye Bye Bye" appropriately played in the background.

"Bye bye bye boobies," she wrote over the picture.

Tamra acknowledged at the time that she was having "autoimmune issues" and believed her implants were to blame.

"I can't wait!" Tamra wrote of her explant surgery. "Tired of being tired and inflamed."

The mom of four shared that she was battling thyroid issues, swollen joints, fatigue, and bladder, sinus and gut inflammation.

A fan asked Tamra is she'd still get them removed if she wasn't experiencing issues. She noted that she "probably wouldn't rush to have them removed," but admitted she's "so over having large breast[s] that seem to get bigger with age."

Body image issues

Holly Madison says she had 'body dysmorphia' while modeling for Playboy

Holly Madison recently looked back at a 15-year-old image of herself in a Playboy Bunny outfit. At the time the photo was taken, she remembered feeling overweight, something she now says is "ridiculous."

The photo, snapped in November 2005 in Las Vegas, showed Holly walking a runway and modeling a Roberto Cavalli-designed Playboy Bunny Uniform.

The former "Girls Next Door" star opened up about that moment on TikTok.

"I'm sharing this because I think it might help people realize that sometimes our body dysmorphia is off the charts," she said while the photo digitally hung in the background. "I really feel like worrying about what I look like has gotten in the way of me living my best life and being as happy as I could be, and really enjoying life as much as I could."

She continued, "I hope that people can take a minute to think about how they think about their own body, and is it holding you back by feeling bad about yourself? And it's not worth it, it's not worth feeling bad about yourself. Like there are things that we all want to improve about ourselves, but it's not even worth taking the time to be miserable."

The photos from that evening show a seemingly happy Holly, as she appeared confident on the runway. Other images show her smiling with late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner and other models. In reality, Holly said she was anything but happy.

"I looked at myself when I looked like this and was terrified and thought I had gained weight, and thought that I hadn't stuck to my diet, and I thought that my thighs were huge, and I thought, I need to lose five pounds at least," she remembers. "And that's ridiculous. I looked like a stick."

Past and future

Porsha Williams' fiancé is officially divorced from 'Housewives' co-star

The "Housewives" switch-a-roo is nearly complete.

Porsha Williams' fiancé, Simon Guobadia, has finalized his divorce from her "Real Housewives of Atlanta" co-star Falynn Guobadia.

@porsha4real/Instagram

The divorce now paves the way for "RHOA" star Porsha and Simson to walk down the aisle.

Although Simon hasn't commented on his new (legal) relationship status, Falynn has, posting a message to her Instagram Story on July 26.

"I'm officially divorced! It's a party! It's a partyyy!" she wrote along with a Champaign bottle emoji.

Simon and Falynn's prenuptial agreement will be enforced, Page Six reported. What exactly is in that agreement isn't known, but court records show that neither will receive alimony. Simon and Falynn are also prohibited from discussing the arrangement. In addition, Falynn's maiden name of Eady has been officially restored.

Simon and Falynn married in June 2019 and split in February 2021. The cause of the breakup still hasn't been confirmed, but both accused the other of cheating during their marriage. Still, it didn't take long for Simon to find love again.

Just a few months after Simon and Falynn's split, Simon began dating Porsha, his ex's "RHOA" costar, and they were engaged within a month.

"Our relationship began a month ago—yes we are crazy in love. I know it's fast but we are living life each day to its fullest. I choose happiness every morning and every night," Porsha wrote on Instagram after the engagement. "Tuning out all negative energy and only focused on positive wishes. He makes me so happy and to me, that is what matters most."

Porsha and Simons are reportedly planning three weddings.

Personal reveal

'Prison Break' star Wentworth Miller reveals he's autistic

"Prison Break" actor Wentworth Miller has revealed that he's autistic, something he discovered exactly one year ago while self-isolating during the coronavirus pandemic.

The developmental disorder is something he calls an "unexpected gift."

In a lengthy Instagram announcement on July 27, the actor said he first received an "informal autism diagnosis" last summer. He later had a self diagnosis and then a formal diagnosis. The process, he said, is "long" and "flawed" and needs updating, particularly in regard to diagnosing adults and not children.

"And (it's a "both/and") I recognize access to a diagnosis is a privilege many do not enjoy," he wrote. "Let's just say it was a shock. But not a surprise."

Now knowing who he truly is, Wentworth said he will not speak out of turn in regard to autism, admitting that he doesn't "know enough" about it.

"I don't want to run the risk of suddenly being a loud, ill-informed voice in the room. The #autistic community (this I do know) has historically been talked over. Spoken for. I don't wish to do additional harm. Only to raise my hand, say, 'I am here. Have been (w/o realizing it),'" he said.

The 49-year-old said he's been learning about autism in a variety of ways, including social media.

Although the Golden Globe nominee has only been officially diagnosed for a year, Wentworth believes that autism played a part in his career (for the better).

"This isn't something I'd change. No. I get – got – immediately being autistic is central to who I am. To everything I've achieved/articulated," he wrote. "Oh – I also want to say to the many (many) people who consciously or unconsciously gave me that extra bit of grace + space over the years, allowed me to move thru the world in a way that made sense to me whether or not it made sense to them… thank you.

"And to those who made a different choice… well. People will reveal themselves," he said, adding, "another gift."

Music future

Ed Sheeran contemplated retirement after daughter's birth

Ed Sheeran nearly put his guitar away for good after the birth of his daughter.

While speaking to Sirius XM Hits 1, the singer recalled being confused about his future while coming off his tour in 2019, which grossed more than $776 million via 260 shows.

David Fisher/Shutterstock

"I had finished the Divide tour and Divide sold definitely like over 22 million copies, which is like more copies than I've ever sold with an album. The tour was heavily publicized, it was the biggest tour of all time and sold in like 19 seconds," he said. "I remember standing on the Ipswich stage finishing and then getting off stage and just being like, I'm 28. And like, I don't know what to do now — I've chased and chased and chased and chased and got to this thing and then in my year off I was kind of searching for, like, who I was."

Ed said he stopped playing music for a while and decided to focus on fatherhood, as he and his wife, Cherry Seaborn, welcomed their first child, Lyra, during the coronavirus pandemic. Ed eventually found himself struggling with the idea of not playing music.

"I found myself getting really sad and like having zero purpose. Even though I was putting time and effort into being a dad," he said. "And then suddenly I was like, I think it's more important for my daughter to grow up knowing that her parents have the work ethic and her parents love working hard and love creating and enjoy their jobs and seeing that rather than like looking at your dad as technically unemployed if that makes sense."

The Grammy winner slowly got back into music.

"There was a long period of time where… everything was directionless," he said.

Ed has recently released his newest single "Bad Habits," which, to no surprise, shot up to No. 1 on the Billboard chart.

Bikini babe

Vanessa Williams, 58, is the envy of the Internet with stunning bikini pic

Vanessa Williams is defying father time.

The 58-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday morning to share a beautiful snap from the beach. In the image, the actress donned a white bikini from Vix Swimwear that perfectly complemented her sun-kissed body.

The picturesque photo shows the waves of the ocean gently crashing into the beach as the sun appears to be setting.

"Are we doing bikini shots in our early 50s? Ok," she captioned the photo.

Vanessa's 517,000 Instagram followers marveled at the photo and her impeccably fit body. Fans commented with fire emojis and with emojis that were sweating. "Let 'em know woman!," one fan wrote. Another called the "Desperate Housewives" star the "Baddest Bishhhhh Around."

The former beauty pageant queen recently spoke of her diet and fitness regimen with Prevention magazine. Her No. 1 diet tip is simply cutting down portions.

"If you're full, stop. Push the plate away — you don't have to finish it all," she said.

Vanessa has also been a longtime fan of pilates. In fact, she was really going pilates before it ever caught on and became a mainstream workout.

"I was doing Pilates before people even knew how to spell Pilates. I started with [Pilates guru] Mari Winsor after my first child, 22 years ago," she said. "[Mari] used to come backstage and do a mat floor workout with me when I was doing 'Kiss of the Spider Woman' on Broadway. Core strength balances your entire body. It pulls your shoulders back, tucks in your pelvis, makes you walk straighter, and gives you great posture."

Vanessa adds that isn't afraid to sweat it out on the dance floor, as she loves salsa dancing.

"I started in '97 as training for a movie I did called Dance with Me. I go out and salsa with friends, especially in the summertime," she said. "Now, that's incredible cardio! Not only are you dancing nonstop, but the music keeps you going — you could be dancing for hours and dripping with sweat and not even feel like you're winded or working."

Conservatorship drama

Britney Spears, attorney officially file to remove dad from conservatorship

Britney Spears' new attorney, legal bulldog Mathew Rosengart, has filed a motion in court to officially remove her father as her conservator.

The court filing comes as no surprise, as the former prosecutor had already said his goal is to get a new conservator for Britney's estate. Via the paperwork, Britney said she wants Jason Rubin to be named her estate conservator, calling it an "objectively intelligent preference to nominate a highly qualified, professional fiduciary in this circumstance."

Matt Baron/Shutterstock

"This petition is being filed concurrently with a petition for removal of current conservator of the estate, James Spears," the motion read.

Britney and her attorney argued Jamie Spears has essentially terrorized the pop star over the course of the 13-year conservatorship. The documents say that father and daughter have a "venomous" relationship that's "traumatizing, insane and depressing."

"It impairs Ms. Spears's mental health, her well-being, and her ability to pursue and continue with her extraordinary career," the docs allege, while also claiming Jamie is ill-equipped to even handle Britney's business affairs.

The documents do subtly acknowledge that it might have been necessary for Jamie to take over the reins of Britney's life back in 2008, but he's since overstepped, the filing intimates.

"Since receiving professional medical care at the outset of this conservatorship over thirteen years ago, Ms. Spears is clearly in a different place now, and she has been for many years," the filing says. "The entire world has witnessed Ms. Spears working tirelessly — with astonishing dedication, precision, and excellence — as a musical artist and performer, an exceptional earner for Mr. Spears (and others) who had a financial interest in making sure she would continue to work and perform."

Rob Latour/Shutterstock

The documents, according to TMZ, also laid out how much Jamie has personally collected while steering Britney's career. Jamie apparently gets $16,000 a month plus $2,000 a month for office expenses. Additionally, he got 1.5 percent of the gross from Britney's massively successful Las Vegas residency show. (It's estimated that he pocketed more than $2 million.) It's also believed that he got about $500,000 from Britneys' 2011 Femme Fatale tour.

Britney's lawyer even included a quote from Forbes that says Britney's net worth is "shockingly low" given much her tours have raked in over the decades. Jamie, the lawyer says, is the reason for that.

Plane problems

Scott Disick reportedly did the most bougie thing ever

A small New York restaurant apparently couldn't keep up with Scott Disick's expensive transportation requests, and the reality TV star's scheduled appearance there was scrapped.

Larry Marano/Shutterstock

Page Six reported that the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star was scheduled to appear at Gaffney's in Saratoga Springs, New York, on July 23. The day before the hosting gig, Scott supposedly called the restaurant and asked if they had a "spare plane" that could pick him up from the Hamptons and take him upstate.

The restaurant didn't have either a plane or a spare plane, but it began looking into getting a jet for Scott. However, Scott's team called shortly after and said they had arranged their own transportation. But, the drama was only starting.

According to the report, Scott's team called the restaurant on the day of the event and said they needed a helicopter to take the dad-of-three 150 miles to the upstate New York spot. Again, the restaurant looked into a chopper. Soon after, Scott's team said they'd made their own arrangements. As if that weren't enough, the team called yet again and said the helicopter had fallen through and Scott would no longer make the advertised party.

Coincidentally, the July 23 event was actually a makeup date from the week prior, one that Scott canceled.

Due to Scott's no-show, Gaffney's apparently had to refund a multitude of table reservations which were sold with the understanding that the 38-year-old would be there. Page Six says the restaurant is considering legal action against Scott to recoup losses.

On July 17, the rocker's 23-year-old son Gabriel Jagger married Swiss socialite Anouk Winzenried in London.

Several family members attended the extremely private affair, including Gabriel's mother, model Jerry Hall, and her media mogul husband, Rupert Murdoch, who hosted the wedding at his $13 million mansion, according to the Daily Mail.

A wedding photo released to the public shows Anouk wearing an off-white dress with spaghetti straps. Gabriel, who launched his digital magazine WhyNow last year, wore a blue suit and a light-pink tie.

The wedding was a long time coming for the couple, as they were forced to postpone it twice due to the coronavirus pandemic. Gabriel and Anouk, who met on the island of Mustique while she worked there, initially announced their engagement in January 2020.

Gabriel is Mick's youngest child with Jerry. Overall, the Rolling Stones frontman is a father of eight.

The wedding came just a week after reports claimed that Mick's 49-year-old daughter Jade, whom he shares with first wife Bianca Jagger, had split with her husband of nine years, Adrian Fillary.

Tarek El Moussa, Heather Rae Young celebrate engagement anniversary

Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae Young's life plan changed exactly one year ago, as it was the day that she said "yes."

On July 25, the couple celebrated the one-year anniversary of their engagement.

"One year ago today I made the best decision of my life by saying yes to spending forever with the most special man," she wrote on Instagram while sharing images from that day. "I remember when he proposed… in that moment everything melted away and I was just staring at my forever person, fully in tears thinking how lucky I was that I got to spend the rest of my life with him."

The couple met while boating with mutual friends on the 4th of July in 2019. They were quickly joined at the hip, and they were living together just four days after their first date. Their happiness has obviously continued.

"Thank you to the man who has put a smile on my face every single day," she continued in the post. "You have shown me what true love and family are all about. I fall more and more in love with you as I watch how amazing of a dad you are with the babies, how hard you work, and how you put family and your loved ones first in your life. You're my best friend, my person, and my rock. Happy 1 year of being engaged baby! Cheers to a lifetime of You & Me."

The "Flip or Flop" star shared Heather's post on his Instagram Story on July 26. For his part, Tarek isn't shy when it comes to gushing about the "Selling Sunset" star.

"You just can't predict what's going to happen. One moment you are sitting there and the next your life is completely different. The second I saw @heatherraeyoung I knew my life would never be the same. She's not only become my best friend but she's also incredible to Tay and Bray," he said on Instagram, referring to the two children he shares with ex Christina Haack.

On her birthday last year, Tarek wrote, "What can I say about this girl! She's my best friend In the world and I wake up every day feeling like the luckiest man alive. We started living together weeks after meeting. No one knew what to expect but she has completely changed our lives. My kids are obsessed with her and for good reason. She takes amazing care of them and shows them so much love."

"We love you so much and we can't wait to make it official!!!…Mrs. El Moussa," he continued. "Thank you for being the person you are. I love you to the moon and back."
