Tara Reid is going from the sharks to the tigers.

In a new interview, Reid's manager, Philippe Ashfield, says the "Sharknado" star is being considered for the role of Carole Baskin, the big cat loving enemy of Joe Exotic, in a film adaption of Netflix's "Tiger King" docuseries.
"We are in talks with the producers and she is being considered, that is all I can say at the moment as casting is on hold," Ashfield, who is also Reid's business partner, told the New York Post. "Tara loves 'Tiger King' and found the documentary extremely interesting. She feels she could get into the character of Carole Baskin very well … and she has a similar look to [Baskin]."
Baskin and Reid both have bleached blonde hair and big blue eyes, but Baskin, who heads up Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, Florida, is 14 years older than the Reid, who is 44 years old.
Reid is being considered for just one of a few scripted "Tiger King" productions. Meanwhile, Nicolas Cage is set to star as Joe Exotic on an upcoming eight-episode miniseries — his first ever TV role. In yet another project, Rob Lowe is being considered for the role of Joe Exotic.
