boyfriend rule

The real reason we never saw Kendall Jenner's boyfriends on reality show

Now that we've said goodbye to "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" the real reason why we never said hello to any of Kendall Jenner's boyfriends has been revealed.

The model had a non-negotiable precedent about when her boyfriends could actually appear on camera.

"Kendall's always had this rule – she felt like she had to be with someone for at least a year before she let them be a part of the show, because she doesn't always know what people's intentions are," Farnaz Farjam, executive producer of the popular reality TV show, told Bravo's The Daily Dish. "So that's why we kind of kept her personal life out of it, just because she had a rule."

Likewise, Kylie Jenner, nor her relationships, had been as prevalent on the show towards the end.

"I feel like Kylie became more participatory this last season towards the end, and Kendall has dipped in and out," Farnaz said. "But they were at an age … like, if you think about when you're a young adult coming into adulthood, I think you sometimes care a lot more what the outside world has to say about you."

While Kylie's off-and-on beau, Travis Scott, appeared on the show here and there, her romance with Tyga was well-documented. The same can't be said for Kendall. The 23-year-old has dated her fair share of famous faces over the years, including Harry Styles and NBA players Ben Simmons and Blake Griffin — none of whom were featured on the E! show.

Kendall is now dating Phoenix Suns stud Devin Booker. In fact, the duo celebrated their one-year anniversary on June 13 and posted sweet photos together on Instagram.

"This is the happiest Kendall has ever been in a relationship," a source told People magazine in April. "She and Devin started out slowly, but have dated for about a year now."

Meghan accused of stealing

Meghan Markle is defending herself from shocking accusations.

The Duchess of Sussex raised eyebrows when promotional materials for her upcoming Netflix special showed her wearing what appeared to be a pricey designer dress that she previously donned during a 2022 photoshoot. The apparent rewear prompted rumors that Meghan stole the gown — rumors that her representative quickly shut down.

Meghan's camp slams the claim

In a statement to Daily Express, Meghan's spokesperson shut down the rumor that she stole a $1,695 emerald Galvan Ushaia dress from a photoshoot.

"The insinuation that any items were taken without the full knowledge and agreement of the on-set stylists or their respective teams is not only categorically false, but also highly defamatory," the representative said.

"Any items kept, were done so in total transparency and in accordance with contractual arrangements," the rep further clarified.

Where the rumor originated

During a March appearance on Andrew Gold's "heretics" podcast, journalist Vanessa Grigoriadis said there was speculation the Suits star took items from a 2016 photoshoot.

"I have since heard in a more recent photoshoot of Meghan's there was also a lot of stuff that was not returned after Meghan wore it in a very high-profile photoshoot," she alleged, seemingly referencing the 2022 Variety photoshoot in which Meghan donned the green Galvan Ushaia gown.

"What is shocking about hearing these kinds of alleged stories is that somebody who is living in a $15 million-plus mansion in Montecito, who's just had $100 million deals, would care enough to take home some jewelry and clothes from a photoshoot that she can clearly afford," Grigoriadis continued.

The mother of two was seen wearing what appeared to be the same green Galvan Ushaia gown in promotional materials for her upcoming Netflix special, With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration.

Royals retain items from photoshoots

Although Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, are no longer working members of The Firm, the two still adhere to royal protocol in certain situations.

According to a source, members of the royal family typically hold on to clothing from photoshoots to ensure it is not resold or included in future unauthorized auctions.

The practice is reportedly "commonplace and prudent" amongst royals.

George gearing up to face 'intense scrutiny'

Prince George could face backlash over his next phase of education.

MEGA

"If the Wales family runs true to form, they will announce Prince George's secondary school at the eleventh hour, possibly as late as September 2026," managing editor of The Good Schools Guide Melanie Sanderson told Hello!.

"They understand that the school itself, as well as George's new peer group, will fall under intense scrutiny as soon as it is revealed and will probably want to minimize this, allowing the young royal to transition to his new school with as little fanfare as possible," Sanderson continued.

Prince William, who is an Eton alum, and Kate Middleton haven't confirmed where they'll send George, but many royal experts think the youngster will follow in his father's footsteps.

"I believe Eton is the most likely choice for Prince George. In our most recent review, we describe it as 'traditional, radical, expectation-busting and packed with confident boys with nary a hint of entitlement,'" Sanderson said. "To me, this encompasses all the values we are told are important to this generation of royals."

The Waleses have a history of keeping school decisions under wraps until two weeks before the term starts.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have today announced that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will attend Lambrook School in Berkshire from September 2022," the couple's team said at the time. "Their Royal Highnesses are hugely grateful to Thomas's Battersea where George and Charlotte have had a happy start to their education since 2017 and 2019 respectively and are pleased to have found a school for all three of their children which shares a similar ethos and values to Thomas's."

The Prince and Princess of Wales are often applauded for their down-to-earth parenting.

"William and Catherine are more than partners in duty, they are parents in vision with complementary strengths," Jo Frost, who is best known as "Supernanny," wrote in an Instagram post.

"William carries the weight of history and responsibility but also the empathy of a man shaped by loss and scrutiny, wanting to get it right for his children. He places emotional safety and stability at the heart of his parenting," Frost continued. "Catherine pairs this with calm, centered, hands-on practicality. Her championing of early childhood development echoes my own mission, deeply personal and reflective of her home life."

Charles enrages neighbors with plans for 'manure lagoon'

King Charles III's neighbors aren't happy with his plans for his land.

His Majesty reportedly wants to construct a large manure pit in the fields near his Sandringham Estate.

However, the backlash to the project could interfere with his vision.

Residents voice concern

Multiple residents wrote letters to the King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council to oppose the planned slurry lagoon, which will reportedly be the size of four Olympic swimming pools.

A final decision about the project — which would see the grounds being used to store manure until it is repurposed to fertilize the surrounding fields — will be made on December 15.

Health concerns

In one plea to the council, a neighbor emphasized that the manure lagoon could put the public's health at risk.

"I am extremely concerned about the close proximity of the proposed slurry pit. The village has a primary school as well as a high proportion of elderly residents whose health could well be affected," the neighbor wrote in a letter obtained by Daily Express.

"Protecting the physical and mental health and emotional well-being of all residents and those who work or attend school in the village is paramount. I am strongly opposed to the plans," they added.

The pit might devalue people's homes

Another concern residents voiced is whether the pit could devalue their homes.

"We strongly object to this proposal for the following reasons: health concerns, extreme smell nuisance, a serious risk of home devaluation, decrease in enjoyment of your house (living enjoyment), which will impact mental health, decrease in tourists visiting the area, which will impact local business and therefore the local economy," a second person said.

How Will and Kate are affected

Prince William and Kate Middleton's vacation home, Anmer Hall, also sits on the land close to Charles' Norfolk home.

"It's going to be a huge manure lagoon and bound to be very smelly, which would not be great for Prince William and his family when they go to their country home for a relaxing stay," local Tim Harewood said.

James Whatling / MEGA TheMegaAgency.com

Why is Charles constructing it?

According to a statement provided to the King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council, along with the planning application, His Majesty's plans are fueled by his conservation efforts.

"The proposals involve the formation of a fertilizer storage lagoon to serve an extensive, established land holding of approximately 2,700 hectares," the statement reads. "This is farmed to grow crops, including modern and traditional wheat, barley, beans and oat varieties, plus a range of heritage grains. The agricultural holding includes a substantial flock of Aberfield sheep and beef shorthorn cattle which produce organic, 100% grass-fed meat."

"As part of the estate's ongoing conservation management, an area of arable land has been converted to agroforestry which involved the integration of crops and livestock in woodland, or among trees, to improve biodiversity. A variety of trees, including cider apple, perry pear, plum, quince, mulberry and walnut, have since been planted in addition to wildflower strips," the statement continues.

"The proposed development will deliver a new fertilizer storage lagoon to provide fertilizer storage capacity to serve the network of fields surrounding the application site," the document concludes.

Meghan's 'final straw' revealed

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's move to Frogmore Cottage might have pushed them out of the royal fold.

Royal author Tom Quinn claimed in Kensington Palace that Frogmore Cottage was "the perfect retreat from what they saw as an unsympathetic, unfair world of media speculation and criticism."

"Meghan realized that living [at Frogmore Cottage] would be like living in the Russian steppe," Quinn continued. "Its remoteness made Kensington seem like the centre of the universe."

Experts continue to speculate over why Meghan and Prince Harry moved to the U.S. in the first place. The Sussexes previously claimed they felt unprotected by The Firm.

"I tried so hard," Meghan tearfully said about her short-lived royal career in Harry & Meghan. "That's the piece that's so triggering, because … it still wasn't good enough, and you still don't fit in."

Meghan and Harry's move to the U.S. was branded as "Megxit," but the duke stressed that it was his "decision."

"She never asked to leave. I had to see it for myself," Harry said in the couple's Netflix series. He later claimed there was "no other option" after Meghan was criticized by the British press and public.

In another episode, the Suits star hinted at clashing with Prince William and Kate Middleton.

"I was a hugger and have always been a hugger. I didn't realize that that was really jarring for a lot of Brits," Meghan said, referring to her first time meeting the Waleses. "I guess I started to understand very quickly that the formality on the outside carried through on the inside."

"There is a forward-facing way of being, and then you close the door and you are like, 'Oh, great. We can relax now.' But that formality carries over on both sides. And that was surprising to me," Meghan continued. "It's so funny when I look back now because now I know so much, I'm so glad I didn't then because I could just authentically be myself without so much preparedness."

Zara shares her secret to a happy marriage

MEGA TheMegaAgency.com

Zara Tindall and Mike Tindall revealed their secret to their lasting marriage.

"We are very low key," Mike told Daily Mail while at the Beauty Awards in London. "This wouldn't be our ideal date night."

The rugby star shared that sometimes their nights together are just "food, telly and a glass of vino."

While at the event, Zara spoke about the holiday season.

"We are so lucky, Christmas is always amazing," Zara said. "We get to do a lot of fun things, and the place looks amazing. We will see everyone."

"We've been together for 21 years," Zara continued. "Nothing runs smoothly ever. You've got to accept that in life. It's a work-in-progress [but] you've got to have fun."

Mike later joked that their union lasts because he accepts Zara is "always right."

Mike also admitted that raising children is "the biggest challenge that ever comes your way" since their three kids are always doing "different things."

Zara has previously opened up about raising her three children, Mia Grace, Lena Elizabeth and Lucas Philip.

"My personality is coming out in the kids, and there are some parts that you love and some that you don't like," Zara told Bella magazine.

The Tindalls, who are known for being down-to-earth, are raising their youngsters in a certain way.

"You hopefully instill in them the values that you hold and from both of us (herself and Mike), what we have learned from our careers and our hard work, dedication, motivations, lessons and respect," Zara admitted.

"It is so easy to be distracted from that kind of thing, so we try and work every day to make sure they get the same values that we had," the mom of three continued.

Andrew and Sarah assassination attempt revealed

Jeffrey Epstein allegedly plotted to have Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson killed.

Europa Press / MEGA

"He spoke to a hitman who was a former member of the British SAS and said he wanted the Yorks dead. He wanted to remove them," historian Andrew Lownie told The Daily Beast. "I've been told this by two reliable sources, one in Paris and a former FBI agent in Florida, and I can believe it's true."

"Epstein said all sorts of things, and you can't always believe what he said," Lownie added.

Ferguson and Mountbatten-Windsor's ties to Epstein ended their public careers. Despite the damage their relationship with Epstein caused to their reputations, the disgraced financier remained fearful that the duo would spill his secrets.

"I don't know how far he got with the plans. But I think he was very nervous before he died," Lownie noted. "It's extraordinary and like a scene from The Day of the Jackal — but nothing about this saga is normal."

"She was worried about her safety and that of her daughters. Epstein mixed with some pretty nasty people, so the fear was real," Lownie continued of Ferguson. "Jeffrey became paranoid the Palace would kill him. If Jeffrey hadn't died, Andrew and Fergie would have been murdered. They knew too much."

Ferguson's rep echoed how scary Epstein could be.

"People don't understand how terrible Epstein was. I can remember everything about that call," James Henderson told The Telegraph after his client called Epstein a "supreme friend."

"It was a chilling call, and I'm surprised anybody was ever friends with him given the way he talked to me," Henderson stated. "He said he would destroy the York family and he was quite clear on that. He said he would destroy me. He wasn't shouting. He had a Hannibal Lecter-type voice. It was very cold and calm and really menacing and nasty. The pressure she was put under to protect her family must have been huge. I am sure there were legal actions."

"And this was long before the duke's life had been ruined by his association with Epstein," Henderson added. "It was 14 years ago and everyone will do what they have to do to protect their family. Her family and children will always come first for her."

Sarah Ferguson helped Meghan win over the queen

Sarah Ferguson came to Meghan Markle's rescue before the actress met Queen Elizabeth II for the first time.

According to Prince Harry, the former Duchess of York gave the Suits star one crucial tip to impress the late monarch.

Ferguson gives Meghan an important tip

In the Duke of Sussex's 2023 memoir Spare, he recounts Meghan's introduction to his grandmother during a lunch with his extended family at Royal Lodge in Windsor.

"Fergie came out, a little emotional and asked, 'Can you curtsy?' Meg shook her head. Fergie then demonstrated and Meg imitated her," Harry recalled.

The author and the With Love, Meghan star went on to marry in 2018 with Her Majesty's blessing.

What has Ferguson said about Meghan?

Despite Ferguson's friendly gesture toward Meghan, the 66-year-old has publicly distanced herself from her nephew's wife.

"I don't really know Meghan. I haven't really met her. I spoke to her at [Elizabeth's] funeral and I thought she looked absolutely beautiful. I think she is beautiful," Ferguson told The Telegraph in 2023.

"She has made Harry very happy and that is so nice. Honestly, he's so happy with her. She really loves him. And I think that's beautiful and that [Princess] Diana would be proud of him and her [two] lovely grandchildren," she added.

What does Meghan think of Ferguson's public scandal?

Ferguson and her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, were stripped of their titles and evicted from Royal Lodge over their ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

"Neither Harry nor Meghan will want to be seen to be associated with Andrew or Sarah Ferguson. From Meghan's point of view, it's probably a commercial thing. From Harry's point of view, it's probably more of an emotional thing," royal expert Duncan Larcombe told The Mirror

"With Meghan, there's a divide there," he continued. "The Jeffrey Epstein situation is hugely sensitive, especially in America and of course, Epstein, [disgraced film producer] Harvey Weinstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were photographed together at [Princess] Beatrice's 18th birthday."

Meghan shutting out Beatrice and Eugenie?

While their parents are plagued by scandal, Harry reportedly isn't keen on distancing himself from his cousins, Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

"Harry has always been close to Beatrice and Eugenie," Larcombe said. "Meghan will be very aware of the sensitivities as she's very media-conscious."

"She won't want to be seen to be too sympathetic toward them, so she will keep her distance. I don't think she could object to Harry privately supporting them, but they will be on very different pages," he said.

Andrew is a 'time-bomb waiting to explode'

MEGA

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor could be tempted to write an explosive memoir following his scandals.

Daily Express reported that the former prince doesn't want to "pull a Harry," but he might change his mind for the right price.

"We're looking at maybe £25 million [$33 million USD]. With the right ghost-writer asking him the right questions, we could see the history of the House of Windsor completely rewritten with what he knows. He's a time-bomb waiting to explode," a literary agent told Daily Mail.

"Obviously, everyone wants the inside track on his time with [Jeffrey] Epstein… in those circumstances, he might be prepared to talk, in broad terms, about his involvement with Epstein, simply to get his side of the story across," the source added.

CAM/Capital Pictures / MEGA

Mountbatten-Windsor, who was friends with Epstein, could create a legal issue for himself if he chooses to write a book.

"But he has to be careful his words don't incriminate him. The Democrats in the U.S. Congress have asked Andrew to appear before them, and now he no longer has royal immunity, he'd have to tread very, very carefully," the insider warned. "But he must be dying to say something in order to salvage his professional reputation."

Mountbatten-Windsor failed to respond to the Congressional House Oversight Committee's request to speak on his relationship with the disgraced financier.

"Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's silence in the face of the Oversight Democrat's demand for testimony speaks volumes," a statement released on behalf of Robert Garcia and Suhas Subramanyam read.

Europa Press / MEGA TheMegaAgency.com

Mountbatten-Windsor might not be the only York considering a memoir, as Sarah Ferguson is rumored to be working on an autobiography. Businesses cut ties with the ex-duchess after it was revealed she called Epstein a "supreme friend."

"For the first time in a good while, she is now seriously worried about how on earth she's going to maintain her lifestyle," a source told Daily Express. "She's too toxic to touch for every single brand and charity she'd previously worked with, and even the lavish freebies she used to be gifted have stopped."

"With no substantial income coming in, Sarah is now looking to follow in the footsteps of Prince Harry and is willing to pen a tell-all memoir about her time with Andrew and how she was treated by the royal family after their split," the insider continued.

Ferguson was extremely loyal to Mountbatten-Windsor, but she could distance herself publicly from her ex-husband after months of scrutiny.

"She has a lot of diaries and evidence of the backstabbing, scandals and cover-ups," the source shared. "For the right amount of money, she is willing to spill everything, but she's hoping to make enough money that it will give her a nice little nest egg for the rest of her life. She wants somewhere in the region of £10million [$13 million USD] and is actively open to offers."

William's trees deliberately poisoned

James Whatling / MEGA TheMegaAgency.com

Willow trees planted by Prince William for a reforestation project were intentionally poisoned, police revealed.

A spokesperson for the South West Peatland Partnership called the incident "an attack on those that live, work, enjoy and rely on these landscapes."

The trees were located in the Forest of Dartmoor — land William inherited. The greenery was planted to prevent the erosion of the forest's peaty soils and reduce flood risk.

Guy Shrubsole, who wrote The Lost Rainforests of Britain, called the attack an "outrageous act of sabotage, one which points a dagger at the heart of efforts to restore nature in this part of the country."

Head of communities and nature Emma Magee assured civilians that the organization is still prioritizing the land.

"We are committed to working with our partners to secure a better future for Dartmoor, and this recent action does not represent the collective commitment of Dartmoor's community to achieve this," Magee said. "Woodland expansion alongside peatland restoration is central to a restored landscape across Dartmoor."

James Whatling / MEGA TheMegaAgency.com

Under the Duchy of Cornwall, William and the Central Dartmoor Landscape Recovery Project (CDLR) launched their afforestation project. The group hoped to "create a resilient environment" and accommodate Dartmoor's communities and their needs.

During the Prince of Wales' trip to the site, he said to "keep Dartmoor special, we must respond to the twin challenges of global warming and the requirement to restore nature."

Over the years, William has used his royal status to advocate for environmentalism. According to the Royal Foundation, William's Earthshot Prize is the "most prestigious" global environmental award "in history."

"Now, more than ever, is the time to fix the planet," William said before heading to Brazil for the fifth Earthshot Prize, which incentivizes repairing and protecting the planet.

"I sat under this oak tree five years ago, soon after we launched The Earthshot Prize. The planet, the only home we have, needed our help, as scientists made it clear that we had to make significant changes by 2030," William said in a promotional video.

"Back then, a decade felt a long time. George was seven, Charlotte five and Louis two; the thought of them in 2030 felt a lifetime away," he continued. "But today, as we stand halfway through this critical decade, 2030 feels very real. The Earthshot Prize was founded because this decade matters," he continues. "2030 is a threshold by which future generations will judge us; it is the point at which our actions, or lack of them, will have shaped forever the trajectory of our planet."
