The memoir-style project will be released with G.P. Putnam's Sons in the spring of next year.
Kelly plans to detail her trials and tribulations as she came into her own after growing up as the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne, and on a MTV reality show with her family called "The Osbournes."
"Growing up in the spotlight has come with its ups and downs and my life has been far from normal, but I am finally at a place where I feel empowered to be who I really am," the former "Fashion Police" co-host revealed to Us. "I'm so excited to share an uncensored look at the stories that have shaped the woman I am today, which I hope will encourage and inspire others to find their own confidence and self-acceptance."
The 31-year-old has come a long way since her days dealing with bullies and rehab, and has blossomed into a successful actress, TV host and designer.
"People always ask me what my secret is," she told Us. "I can now honestly say that there's no f***ing secret." Hence, the title of the book ...
