Meghan King Edmonds' drama is not feeling so scripted!
The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star is expecting a child with her husband of two years Jim Edmonds. But according to her, he hasn't always been very supportive during her pregnancy.
On Aug. 15, 2016, the 31-year-old tweeted out a response to a fan who wanted to know if Jim, who is a sports broadcaster and a former MLB player, has been more involved in the pregnancy now that she's further along.
Meghan admitted, "kinda but not much. He's just more worried ab me and the baby." She then added, "which is why I have a doula!"
In fact, her doula Jackie recently went with her to Las Vegas to make a birthing plan with her as seen by this Instagram shot that Meghan shared.
"What's better than having your doula as your good friend and having a birth planning sesh with our babies in Vegas! Love you @jackieonelson! ✨#imacontrolfreak #cantwaitforlabor #noneedlesneeded," Meghan captioned the snap.
While she has the support of Jackie, Meghan doesn't seem to have the same support from her husband.
"I was really disappointed in Jimmy's lack of sentiment throughout my IVF process," she wrote in her Bravotv.com blog about her struggles to conceive. "And honestly, there were moments I was questioning if getting pregnant was even the right choice."
She also revealed that the pregnancy was an ultimatum she gave her husband.
"I think I said 'Baby, or no me at all. All or nothing,'" she said in an interview with People magazine.
The couple was able to conceive through IVF on their first try and Meghan could not have been more excited. She shared with the mag, "It was just such a long process with the IVF, step by step by step with so much information. I've always dreamed of this, but it's still such a miracle. I can't even describe the feeling."
Hopefully Jim will get more on board with this baby too!
