The ratings are in — and summer's most popular show of summer 2025 has been revealed.
According to Nielsen's streaming charts, Netflix's Squid Game Season 3 is the most-watched program of the past few months, with 60.1 million views in its first three days on the platform.

The final installment of the survival thriller drama has gained 134.7 million views thus far. The company's critically acclaimed series Adolescence garnered 142.6 million, while Stranger Things 4 stands at 140.7 million.
Peacock's Love Island USA also has a large reach, as it became the number two most-watched streaming program for the weeks of June 23 and June 30, with 1.78 billion and 1.7 billion viewing minutes.

Prime Video's The Summer I Turned Pretty is a hit, with five million viewers globally in its first week on the streaming service following the debut of its first two episodes on July 16. The coming-of-age story's third installment is outpacing the second season by 40 percent and tripling from its first within the same timeframe.
The other teen drama from the platform We Were Liars cracked Nielsen's top 10 streaming originals list for the first three weeks since it launched on June 18.

HBO Max's The Gilded Age expanded its viewership with Season 3, as episode six nabbed 4.5 million viewers across HBO Max in its first three days. The period piece is growing by 25 percent higher than its previous installment.
Netflix continues to score major wins with Eric Bana's Untamed also debuting the week of July 14 with 24.6 million views, which expanded to 26.1 million views in its second week.

The latest hit of the summer seems to be Netflix's The Hunting Wives. The eight-episode program raked in 5.2 million views on Netflix during its first week, becoming the number three most-watched series.
