Ant Anstead is seeking full custody of the 2-year-old child he shares with ex Christina Haack, going so far as to claim she's essentially an absent mom.
In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Ant says the former "Flip or Flop" star puts their son, Hudson, at risk and uses him for social media traffic, which infuriates the "Wheeler Dealers" host.

Not only is Ant asking a judge to make his ex stop posting their son on social media, he said she's only been with the tot "9 full days each month" over the last 20 months. He further argued that the tyke isn't safe when he's with Christina, pinpointing an alleged incident in which Hudson came home with a major sunburn after being being with her. Ant also spoke of an alleged moment in January when Christina was caring for Hudson despite her family all testing positive for COVID, something he says she never disclosed.
As expected, he also brought up the time Christina said she used hallucinogenic toad venom, something ex-husband Tarek El Moussa also took issue with.
While Ant and Christina have a shared custody arrangement, he wants the judge to formally grant him full custody. Under his proposal, his ex would get Hudson on alternating weekends.

Christina, for her part, champions herself as a great mother.
"What Ant is doing deeply saddens me. If this was really about Hudson, as he says, this should have been handled privately with a private judge or mediation, as myself and my attorney have suggested," she told TMZ. "I have had my share of ups and downs but I am a good mom and I love my children with all my heart and I will always protect them."
