"For Sarah to be linked to this scandal at this time for the U.S. is just toxic news for the project. It will never see the light of day," a Hollywood insider told

"Sarah Ferguson's scandal means this show is cooked. It ain't going to be picked by anyone because this Epstein connection makes the brand totally toxic at this time in Hollywood," another insider shared.
The entertainment industry isn't the only one trying to cut ties with Ferguson, as seven charities announced they would no longer be affiliated with the duchess.

"We have made the decision to end our relationship with the Duchess of York, and as of today she is no longer a patron of Teenage Cancer Trust. We have communicated this decision to the Duchess," a spokesperson for the Teenage Cancer Trust previously said.
Julia's House, a children's hospice charity in the south of England, also ended their working relationship with Sarah Ferguson, stating their decision was made as "it would be inappropriate for her to continue as a patron of the charity."
