All eyes were on Bella Hadid at the 74th Cannes Film Festival premiere of "Tre Piani (Three Floors)" on July 11.
The supermodel hit the red carpet wearing a gorgeous black Schiaparelli Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2021/22 long-sleeved wool crepe gown with a daringly low-cut neckline designed by Daniel Roseberry.

But the statement accessory hanging from her neck is what really made jaws drop and eyes pop.

"Breathtaking @bellahadid," the brand captioned an Instagram slideshow featuring photos of Bella wearing a stunning and intricately crafted "gilded brass necklace in the shape of trompe l'œil lungs adorned with rhinestones," it explained in the caption.
Despite a first glance, the dress and necklace were not actually as revealing as some might think, as Bella's breasts were actually completely covered up by the statement piece, which had flesh-toned tape underneath it.

Bella posted her gratitude on her Instagram Story, sharing a photo of herself in the unique look with the note, "Thank you angel @danielroseberry," naming Schiaparelli's creative director. "This creation of yours is a dream come true. Art & reality. You and your mind are truly incredible!!! Thank you for Ever!!!"
