Chrissy Teigen is feeling a little lighter up top.

On Thursday, the Sports Illustrated model announced that she had successfully gone under the knife to remove her breast implants.
"Surgery went great!" she wrote on Twitter.
In providing the update to her 13 million followers, Chrissy also shared a few hilarious notes that she received from her 4-year-old daughter, Luna, this morning.
"Bye Boobies," one letter read. The other said, "Have fun punching [sic] your boobies out. Love Luna."
Chrissy also shared the letters on Instagram, adding, "Surgery went perfectly! So so so so so sore but waking up to this made it go away for half a minute at least."

Last month, the "Lip Sync Battle" star confirmed that she was getting her implants removed.
"I'm getting my boobs out! They've been great to me for many years but I'm just over it," she told her Twitter followers after many wondered why she was getting a test for COVID-19. "I'd like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort!"
"Don't worry about me," she continued. "All good. I'll still have boobs, they'll just be pure fat. Which is all a t-t is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat."
