Kendall Jenner is on the wrong end of a lawsuit after allegedly failing to fulfill terms of a modeling contract. The reality TV's team, however, said it's COVID's fault.

TMZ reported that famous Italian clothing designer Liu Jo and Kendall had an agreement in which the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum would appear in two fashion shoots. Liu admits that Kendall completed one of the shoots for the Spring/Summer 2020 campaign, and she was supposedly paid $1.3 million for it.
By the time the supermodel was supposed to do the second campaign, the COVID lockdown was happening and grinding the world to a halt. According to the court documents, Liu was understanding and tried to reschedule the shoot, but Kendall "ultimately turned down all of Liu Jo's good-faith offers of compromise."

According to TMZ, Kendall's team also attempted to come up with a good compromise with the designer, hoping to shoot somewhere within the United States during the the pandemic, but a deal wasn't struck.
At this point, the fashion house felt that Kendall has no plans to complete the second half of the agreement, and it had no other option but to file a lawsuit.
Still, Kendall's team argues that it did everything within its power to make the second photo shoot happen.
"This suit is without merit. The Society Management, on behalf of Ms. Kendall Jenner, has continually offered Liu Jo alternative dates and locations to fulfill an agreement that was forced to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic," a spokesperson for The Society Management said. Kendall, according to the report, "has willingly offered to complete services honoring her commitments."
Liu Jo is seeking $1.8 million.
