Chadwick Boseman's estate will be evenly split between his widow and his parents, according to a new report.
The "Black Panther" star left behind $2.3 million when he passed unexpectedly in 2020. Black Enterprise says Taylor Simone Ledward, 31, and her in-laws, Leroy and Carolyn, will each get $1.15 million from the estate.

Taylor, who has been with Chadwick since 2016, has been in charge of settling the estate, and she reportedly wanted it split evenly.
Chadwick, who passed at the age of 43 after a private battle with progressing colon cancer, did not have a will. Prior to paying various funeral and legal fees, the estate was estimated to be worth nearly $3.9 million.

Chadwick and Taylor, 31, secretly married about a year prior to his death. The widow accepted her late husband's Golden Globe award in 2021.
"He would thank God. He would thank his parents. He would thank his ancestors for their guidance and their sacrifices," she said. "He would say something beautiful, something inspiring, something that would amplify that little voice inside of all of us that tells you, 'You can,' that tells you to keep going, that calls you back to what you are meant to be doing at this moment in history."
