"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne wants to be financially compensated by her estranged husband, Thomas Girardi.
Page Six reported on Nov. 10 that the reality TV star is asking for spousal support in her divorce. In addition, Erika also wants the court to terminate her ex's ability to seek support from her.
Erika also wants Tom to pay her attorney's fees.
Erika, 49, filed for divorce from Tom, 81, on Nov. 3, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple did not have a prenuptial agreement. Erika, however, wants to be able to keep everything she acquired before the marriage and after the separation date as her own, Page Six noted, citing court paperwork.
The court is requiring both parties to provide their financial information to the other.
Earlier this year, Erika spoke of quarantining with her husband of nearly 21 years amid the pandemic.
"Lately we've been okay. It's fun," she told Jenny McCarthy on her Sirius XM radio show. "Maybe it's because I had a four-month break, but so far, so good."
She joked, "We haven't been ready to kill each other."
While Erika is currently filming the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," it's not known if the split will play out for the cameras.
