Crown Prince Christian of Denmark is back in the military.
After a summer of frequenting festivals, the royal was seen hard at work in the Danish Armed Forces' Lieutenant's Training Course at Antvorskov Guard Hussar Barracks in Slagelse.
The eldest son of
King Frederik — who Christian will succeed — and
Queen Mary began his stint in the armed forces in February. The program reportedly goes for one year and is followed by a period of practical service as a platoon leader.
