Prince William and Kate Middleton announced they're moving into Forest Lodge, but the property rules could impact the Prince of Wales' routine.According to reports, "motorized transport" is banned on the couple's new property, and the rule applies to e-scooters, hoverboards and one-wheels at the Crown estate.

"William used to love his e-scooter to get around the castle, as there was no ban," a source said, per Daily Express. "But of course, he's more than happy and prepared to adhere to the rules on e-scooters in Windsor Great Park."_
Windsor Great Park's website shares why the method of transportation isn't allowed."For reasons of safety and traffic management, we do not allow motorized transport within the Park. Aside from cyclists, the roads are reserved for residents and Estate workers," the website states.

In an episode of The Reluctant Traveler, Prince William was filmed traveling around Windsor Castle on his e-scooter."This is not what I was expecting," Levy said while laughing with the Prince of Wales. "This is your mode of transportation?"
"It is 'round here," the royal replied. "It gets around quite nicely around here."
