Sarah Ferguson and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor were kicked out of Royal Lodge due to the ex-duke's ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Since the news broke, Ferguson has avoided making public appearances.
"No, unusually for Sarah, she's been keeping an extremely low profile. Indeed, when she attended the christening of Beatrice's daughter Athena before Christmas, she literally ducked down in the car, I think, so you couldn't see her face," royal editor Richard Eden said on Daily Mail's YouTube show when asked about the author's holiday celebration.

"So we don't know where, I don't know where she spent Christmas, probably with friends, but unlike Andrew who is still sometimes seen, you know, riding around Windsor Great Park on his horse. Sarah is… unusually, she has gone from someone who is very publicity-friendly to someone who is avoiding it at all costs at the moment," Richard Eden continued.
Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice spent Christmas with the royal family instead of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, as their parents were unable to attend the public family gathering.

Sarah Ferguson often defended Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor against critics, but her loyalty is beginning to impact her own brand. Several charities and organizations cut ties with Ferguson after it was revealed she called Jeffrey Epstein a "supreme friend."

While Sarah Ferguson hasn't commented on losing Royal Lodge, insiders hinted at the ex-duchess being outraged at the unraveling of her personal life.
"Sarah would leave if she could afford to. She's stuck. Royal Lodge belongs to Andrew — not her. Without him, she'd have no home or lifestyle," a source told Rob Shuter for his
Substack.
"Publicly, she's standing by Andrew. Privately, she's furious — and plotting her escape," another source added.
