Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's circle continues to shrink due to his public scandals. However, immigrating to a new country could leave him feeling more isolated than ever before.
"Andrew certainly does seem to have friends in high places in the Middle East, and his life there wouldn't be short on luxury," royal correspondent
Jennie Bond told
The Mirror. "But it could also be very lonely."

"Andrew does still have his family, including his grandchildren, so I think it's unlikely that he would want to move abroad permanently," Jennie Bond continued.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's downfall began when Virginia Giuffre accused him of sexual assault. While the ex-duke denied the allegations, her posthumous memoir led to the scandal resurfacing. Following the release of Giuffre's book, King Charles III stripped his brother of the Royal Lodge estate.
"His Majesty has today initiated a formal process to remove the style, titles and honors of Prince Andrew," Buckingham Palace said in a statement. "Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor."

"His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence," Buckingham Palace continued in its statement. "Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease, and he will move to alternative private accommodation. These censures are deemed necessary, notwithstanding the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him."
