Justin Timberlake "Cant's Stop That Feeling" – that feeling that a residency in Las Vegas is like "retirement," that is.
The 36-year-old pop star sat down with Beats 1 Radio's Zane Lowe this week and chatted about things like family, his new album, "Man of the Woods," and where his career might be headed down the road. At one point in the interview, Lowe asks about a possible Las Vegas residency someday, like so many stars before him: Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, to name a few.
"I mean I wouldn't rule it out if it was something that was different," the former NSYNC member replied," adding, "I definitely don't…you know… [laughs]…it feels like…"
Lowe then interjected, posing another question: "…a retirement option?"
Timberlake then explained, "…you're planning your retirement. You know what I mean? So for some reason that feels like scary to me."
He then added: "The person who did Vegas better than anybody was Prince."
Other performers with Vegas residencies are Céline Dion, the Backstreet Boys and recently Lady Gaga announced that she would be embarking on hers by the end of 2018 at the Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino's Park Theater.
