Bethenny Frankel is still mourning the death of her off and on boyfriend, Dennis Shields, and she's coping with sea air.

"Doing anything in or by the water is life saving. Beach walks. ocean swims, wakeboarding, clamming, infrared sauna, jacuzzi & my swim really help," she tweeted on Sunday. "When you feel sad, you cry then you just have to force yourself to shift. It's so hard but it works."
A fan of the "Real Housewives of New York" star pointed out that sea air is actually good at alleviating stress.
"Exactly. I have had trouble breathing and I actually need it," she wrote.
On Aug. 10, Dennis was found dead in his Trump Tower apartment in New York City. It's suspected that the accidentally overdosed, but the official cause of death is still listed as "undetermined."
Last week it was announced that an autopsy had not been performed on his body due to a "religious objection."

Bethenny and Dennis' relationship was hardly conventional, as they had known each other for more than 30 years, but only began dating in 2016. The relationship featured many breakups and makeups during the two-year romance.
In May, the reality TV star detailed the relationship with Steve Harvey.
"I've been with someone on and off for years," she said. "It's like a partnership where if we're not being teammates and it's not working and one man is down, then the other man is down. We're trying to really kind of be good partners and be good teammates and I think relationships oddly are — and this sounds cold — but a little bit like business."
