Paul Anka has won custody of his 11-year-old son Ethan, and his ex-wife, former Miss Sweden Anna Åberg, is now barred from having any contact with the boy.
"It's the greatest day of my life. This was all about protecting Ethan. The system has worked," Paul, 75, told the New York Post.

Ethan hasn't seen his mother in more than two years and reportedly dislikes her.
Anna's attorney didn't mince words and said the "Lonely Boy" singer only won because of his wealth and prominence.
"His reported income is about $300,000 a month," she told The Post. "He's been able to out-lawyer a woman who doesn't have the finances or the celebrity to combat him."

Anna's team argued that they needed a "family reunification," hinting that Paul essentially turned Ethan on his mother.
"Even drunks and addicts get to call and see their children," Anna's attorney, Lisa Helfend Meyer, said.
The case had been quite volatile with fireworks even occurring outside of the courtroom. The Post said that Anna shouted at Paul's third wife during the trial, yelling, "Get a life."
Paul's wife retorted, "I have a life . . . with your child."
