Raven-Symone is a much slimmer version of her former self, and it didn't come from one ounce of exercise or plastic surgery.
The "Raven's Home" star lost 40 pounds over the past six years from just eating better, she said on "The View" this week while flaunting her healthier look.

"What made me want to change was her," Raven said of her wife of two years, Miranda Pearman-Maday. "I want to be here for her as long as I can."
The actress decided to consult with a doctor about living a healthier life.
"I found out some numbers at the doctor that were not pleasant for someone in my age bracket or any age bracket, to be honest with you," she said, noting she made some changes to her typical diet.
Miranda was also monumental in helping Raven's slim down.

"With her help and guidance and love and fantastic cooking skills, she helped me kick sugar. I say kick sugar because it is an addictive drug," Raven, 36, said. "I was addicted to it in wheat form, in regular form, and it's out of my system."
The former "The View" panelist joked that her food vice was "a fish filet with an extra packet of ketchup on Fridays."
Still, former child star does allow herself some indulgences these days, but with a healthy spin.
"I eat cookies, but they're Keto-friendly, and I have whole food," she said.
In specifying her weight loss, Raven said, "When I [left 'The View' in 2016] and I started Raven Baxter, the show 'Raven's Home,' I was 210 pounds. I am now 170. No exercise."
