The cast of "The Hills: New Beginnings" could be getting closer than ever in the coming months. According to a new report, MTV and production company Evolution Media are said to be "seriously considering" filming the cast in a "bubble environment."

TMZ said there is talk about moving Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge, Heidi and Spencer Pratt and the rest of the cast into one home, or at least the same complex, to finish filming the second season of the reality TV show.
Although a bubble situation has worked in sports leagues and has been adopted by other reality shows — "Big Brother" and "Sistas," for instance — TMZ says some of the cast is having "mixed feelings" about filming in a locked down environment. The fear is that it would create contrived and unnecessary drama.
"The Hills" had supposedly filmed three episodes before the pandemic forced production to stop back in March. Producers will make a final decision on the filming setup by October, which is when cameras are set to begin rolling again.
