Dustin Diamond just can't seem to stay out of jail. He found himself back behind bars on Wednesday May 25, 2016, in Ozaukee, Wisconsin, for possibly violating the terms of his probation.

According to CNN, he's technically in the Ozaukee County Jail on what's called a probation hold, while its determined whether or not he was actually in compliance with his parole.

The former "Saved by the Bell" star just recently served three out of the four months he was sentenced to in prison for a bar stabbing on Christmas Day in 2014 in Wisconsin. He had been charged with carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct.

Last week, on May 17, he gave his first interview since leaving jail in April, to his old co-star Mario Lopez, and said that he wanted to start fresh.

"I want to put the tomfoolery and malarkey behind me … for that clean slate," he told the "Extra" host. "Time for a change."

Dustin didn't have many good things to say about his time behind bars, so it's a surprise that he found himself back there so soon.

"It's pretty daunting," he said. "It's pretty scary going into that environment ..."

Let's hope that this is the last of the actor's legal woes for a while.
