Here's what we learned from Gwyneth Paltrow's girls-only backyard brunch celebrating the launch of her lifestyle brand's new Goop Skincare:

First, Gwyneth loves to love all of her lovely friends.

Second, a crown of flowers is a must-have accessory when brunching with the A-list.

The fun festivities kicked off in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 13 in Paltrow's beautifully decorated backyard. The busy entrepreneur and mother of two, who recently said she's taking a break from acting to focus on her growing business, invited friends Cameron Diaz, Reese Witherspoon, Drew Barrymore, Nicole Richie, Monique Lhuillier, Rachel Zoe and others to toast to the organic Goop Skincare line.

The actress, 43, tells People that it's not just her new products that make her look and feel beautiful. She believes aging has helped her feel more comfortable in her own body. "I think even though physically I don't look like I did when I was 25, I feel beautiful because I feel like myself," she says.

Paltrow added, "I wish more women had told me that at 40 you sort of stop worrying about what other people think about you, and you come into yourself in the most phenomenal way. I think the 40s are such a gift, and I feel more beautiful now than I did 10 years ago or 20 years ago."

Paltrow also said she isn't as fussy about her hair anymore. She's fine with it looking "crazy" and she doesn't care what you or anyone else thinks of it. "My hair is like three different textures," she says. "I usually just leave it, and I'm like, 'Whatever. I woke up like this. I don't know what to tell you.'"

As fellow believers in the Book of Beyoncรฉ, we hear you Gwyneth. Amen to that.
