In Touch magazine is claiming that the two are moving in together.
"They've decided to take things to the next level," a source told the magazine. "Harry is going to move into Kendall's LA condo. They'll also be sharing his London flat when they're in the U.K."
Neither Kendall nor Harry have ever confirmed that they are an item, and both are often linked to other A-list stars.
In Touch's source, though, says that this is the real deal and that the decision to move in with each other makes sense.
"They have so much in common -- especially since they were both thrown into the spotlight at such a young age," the source said. "They're perfect for each other."
Kendall and Harry were first rumored to be dating in 2013 after they were photographed together in New York. Things fizzled, but they have been seen together recently of late, even spending the holidays together in St. Barts.
"They promised each other that they wouldn't let the long distance ruin what they have," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "So, they have scheduled Skype sessions that typically last two hours long. And they text throughout the day when they can."
The source even said that Harry sees Kendall as someone who will permanently be in his life.
"Harry is seriously thinking of getting a tattoo in honor of Kendall. It wouldn't be her face or name or anything like that, but something that is meaningful for the both of them," the website's source said. "Something that shows Kendall how special she is to him. Kendall is of course completely flattered."
Supposedly Harry has Kris Jenner's approval, too.
"Kris is just over the moon about her daughter's reunion with Harry," HollywoodLife.com's source said. "She always knew he was the one for her. Kris adores Harry and has never seen Kendall happier. Call it a mother's instinct, but Kris knew the two would get back together one day."
