Hilary Duff is giving us all beach body goals!
Whether it's a one-piece swimsuit or a bikini, Hilary, 28, is not shy about showing her figure, and says she feels confident with her post-baby bod.
"I don't care to look absolutely perfect in a bathing suit," she told Today.com. "I'm a normal girl. I'm strong. I'm fit. I feel good about myself after I've had a baby."
Just like the rest of us, the "Younger" star's weight fluctuates. But she doesn't let it get to her.
"I go through ups and downs, being like, 'Damn, I'm fit right now' and 'OK, I'm letting things slide a little' and I'm totally fine with that," she said.
OK, so she doesn't worry about how she'll looks when she hits the pool or the beach. What she does stress over though, is having enough time to hang with her 4-year-old son Luca, who she shares with her ex-husband, hockey player Mike Comrie.
Hilary opened up about the difficulties of being a mother with a busy schedule.
"I feel like I'm missing out a lot and it makes me really sad," she said about Luca. "The easiest way for me to really connect with him when I've had a crazy week is to unplug from all my devices." Then it's on to playing with Legos, hitting the park, playing grocery store or swimming, one of Luca's favorite things, she added.
Gushing about the highs of motherhood, she said, "He only makes every day matter so much more and the joy that I feel, the purpose, everything is so much more heightened. It's just, he's really amazing."
The apple doesn't fall from the tree, Hil!
