Just another reason to adore Kate Hudson!
Though she co-founded activewear line Fabletics and is known for having the perfect body, Kate Hudson is getting candid about her body. The actress recently opened up to People magazine about her body issues, and got honest about the number she sees on the scale each month.
The star recently penned a lifestyle book, "Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body," which she says is "not meant to be a tell-all, but rather a tell-true." In the pages, Kate advises on wellness routines, and focuses on the inner work it takes to feel good both inside and out.
In order to help others, Kate is putting her own body issues in the book. "I fluctuate at least five pounds every month," the actress confessed. She also owned up to her food weakness, which is something many people can relate to. "Pizza. Like Hawaiian pizza. I'm always the person that orders the pizza that everybody goes, 'Why did you order that?'"
The actress revealed that she took part in "yo-yo dieting" for years before finding her current lifestyle, one that makes her feel good on the inside and look good on the outside. "It's about health and mindfulness. Because you can have the greatest body and you can be really unhappy if that's all you're working toward."
