Liam Hemsworth, 26, doesn't seem to regret a thing about proposing to his reported current fiancée Miley Cyrus back when he was just 22 years old, and she was merely 19.

He and Miley called it off in 2013, a year after he put a ring on it. But the pair was spotted hanging out again right before the 2016 New Year, and within days Miley was moving her stuff back in and wearing her Neil Lane engagement rock again.

The Australia native discussed his original decision to ask for the "Wrecking Ball" singer's hand while doing press for his new movie "Independence Day: Resurgence," on June 24.

"I don't think that was impulsive," he told News.com.au of his proposal. "That was a well thought-out idea."

The couple, who were on a break for around three years, still have yet to officially confirm their re-engagement to the public.

But Miley, now 23, indeed has the same ring on her finger and just posted an Instagram photo alluding to her newly-rejuvenated connection with Liam.

Less than a week ago, she shared a snap wearing a "Hemsworth" shirt.

Liam and Miley met on set of the movie "The Last Song" in 2009, and were engaged three years later after quite the on-and-off romance.

"Life is beautiful," the pop star tweeted the morning that her engagement news broke back in 2012.
