Kelly Osbourne may have won the battle with Ozzy Osbourne's mistress a few months ago, but she may lose the war.
Michelle Pugh, who admits to having a long-standing affair with the legendary rocker, filed a lawsuit against Kelly, saying she was "slut-shamed, bullied and harassed" on Twitter by Ozzy's outspoken daughter.
TMZ was first to report the news.
In her filing, per the website, Michelle says she's been emotionally damaged and lost business as a celebrity stylist because of Kelly's rant.
If you'll recall, last May it seemed that Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne were on their way to a divorce after it was reported that Ozzy had carried on an affair with Michelle. In the midst of this, Kelly tweeted out Michelle's phone number along with an X-rated version of "for a good time, call …"
"Anyone looking for CHEAP chunky LOW-lights a blow out and blow---," the post began, before specifying a sex act and instructing readers to call Michelle, whose phone number reportedly followed.
The unprintable tweet was quickly derided by Kelly's followers, one of whom slammed her for being a "bully." She rewarded that person with another profanity-laced tweet.
"Why would [the affair] only be one persons fault??? It takes 2 to tango - both guilty. She knew he was married," another posted (via the Mirror).
Kelly had a response for that one, too.
"My father is almost 70 ever heard of elder abuse?" she retorted.
Someone else pointed out Kelly's anger might be misdirected, suggesting, "hate your father not the woman.. HE did this 2 ur family ... Again. #SMDH #childish."
Asked Kelly: "Are you in my family? NO YOU ARE NOT YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHE DID! So keep ur high-mighty opinions to yourself!"
In the filing, Michelle says that her affair with Ozzy was hardly a one-time thing and carried on for more than three years, from 2013 to 2016.
Ozzy made advances, she said, and they eventually became a romantic situation, secretly carrying on the taboo romance until May 2016.
In the court docs, the hair stylist said she never committed elder abuse and said that Kelly's statements are defamatory.
Ozzy, she said, never supported her financially.
The same day that the lawsuit was reported, Ozzy admitted to being a sex addict and said Michelle wasn't the only one that he cheated on Sharon with over the course of their 33-year marriage.
"Over the last six years, I have been dealing with a sex addiction," he said in a statement. "I am mortified at what my behavior has done to my family. I thank God that my incredible wife is at my side to support me."
In an interview with People magazine, Michelle said of Ozzy, "When I say he was the greatest love of my life, I mean it. He made me feel like the most beautiful and worshiped woman in the world."
"What attracted me to him? Chemistry. We just had it," she said. "It's that indescribable thing in life, and you can't deny it. And he didn't. My relationship was more with this really nice, sweet, funny and cool guy ... John from England."
In response to the Michelle's People interview, Ozzy rep said in a statement, "He is sorry if Ms. Pugh took their sexual relationship out of context. He would like to apologize to the other women he has been having sexual relationships with. Since his relationship with Ms. Pugh was exposed, Ozzy has gone into intense therapy."
In May, Sharon left Ozzy, but he recently said the two are reportedly "back on track."
