Former "Real Housewives of Miami" star Larsa Pippen got into two blistering arguments just a few weeks before her husband, Scottie Pippen, filed for divorce, and during one of the verbal fights she told police she was "scared."

During the same argument, the NBA legend broke his own cell phone out of frustration.

According to TMZ, Fort Lauderdale police responded to the duo's home twice in October for domestic disturbances.

On Oct. 4, police arrived in the middle of the day to find Larsa outside the home.

"She stated they were having marital problems and that he raises his voice to her, yells at her and scares her," the police report said. Scottie acknowledged that an argument inside the home had taken place and that he broke his cell phone.

The police report, which was obtained by TMZ, said the former Chicago Bull agreed to leave the house to cool off. Larsa said she was going to be speaking to an attorney, but doesn't specify if she's referring to a divorce attorney.

Both Larsa and Scottie said that there was no physical abuse, just a verbal fight, and police found no sign of physical abuse on either of them, so neither party was arrested

That fight occurred just two days prior to another "heated verbal argument" between them, as well. After police responded during that incident Scottie told authorities Larsa could come back in the home and promised there would be no issues. He even offered to leave if it made Larsa feel more comfortable.

Larsa ultimately decided to leave and stay somewhere else that night, TMZ said. No arrests were made.

On Oct. 18, Scottie formally filed for divorce. There have been rumors that Scottie was upset with Larsa's relationship with rapper Future, although she contends that they are nothing more than friends. Earlier this week a source also said that Scottie was upset with his wife's "Kardashian Instagram lifestyle," referring to Larsa's best friend Kim Kardashian West.

"[Larsa is] all about clubs and rappers and DJs. He just wants out of that world," a source told The New York Post, adding that Scottie "just wants to play golf and stay low-key. He's afraid of all the gossip that comes with that Kardashian world she's in."
