Robert Herjavec has taken a major precaution in the event that his marriage to Kym Johnson doesn't work out.
According to a report in Life & Style, the "Shark Tank" star had Kym sign a prenuptial agreement before saying "I do."
Kym makes a very good living as a professional dancer and entertainer and is said to be worth $1 million. However, that's peanuts compared to Robert, who is estimated to be worth $100 million.
Last year, Robert had to pay millions to his ex-wife Diane Plese and he was adamant that he would not do that again.
The magazine reported that the former "Dancing With The Stars" pro will max out at $1 million dollars if the marriage goes kaput.
"Kym will get $100,000 for every year they are married, capped at $1 million, if the marriage ends," a source told the magazine. "The houses they live in are all in Robert's name, and Kym won't have any claim to the properties if they split."
She didn't fight signing off on the prenup.
The couple, who married on July 31, doesn't seem to be worried about finances right now as they relax on their honeymoon in scenic Bora Bora.
The newlyweds have been hanging out at the Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora and they're social media posts about it are making everyone jealous.
Their wedding, which was also a sight to behold, was attended by Derek Hough, Carson Kressley, Cheryl Burke, "DWTS" judge Carrie Ann Inaba and former competitors Joey Fatone, Lance Bass and Donny Osmond.
Robert also surprised his new bride by hiring Olivia Newton-John to sing at the reception.
On social media, Kym called it the "best night of my life."
Robert posted a photo of him kissing his new bride on his Instagram page, too, saying "what a night."
Just a few days before saying "I do" to her man in the stunning outdoor ceremony, she had a co-ed bachelorette party in Las Vegas where she saw Jennifer Lopez's show and met Nicole Kidman in the process.
