Dwayne Johnson is at big man, but all it took was a little girl to get him a little misty eyed.

The always-appreciative former wrestler took to Instagram on April 7 to share a story of a somewhat chance meeting with a 1-year-old while shooting "Baywatch" in Savannah, Georgia, a meeting that had a profound affect on him.

"Shooting on location always draws a crowd and I got word that a mom asked if I would meet her daughter who's celebrating a very special birthday," The Rock said. "Well I love me some birthdays so where is mama and her babies."

It was then that he met "lil' Sally Walker Collins."

"When she was 5 months old she had open heart surgery and has been an inspiring lil' fighter since that day," he wrote, while posting a photo of his meeting with the tyke, her mom and her sister.

"Her mama, Sarah here was so grateful we had a chance to meet and got teary eyed when talking about her baby and said something so simple, powerful and true.. 'If Sally can fight thru this, then we can do anything.' Amen. Yes you can," The Rock said.

The emotion of the meeting wasn't lost on the father of 4-month-old daughter Jasmine and 14-year-old Simone either.

"Real pleasure meeting this great family and if by remote chance I got teary eyed too when she was talking about her daughter's struggle - it's a good thing I had my shades on so no one would seem," he wrote. "But of course I never cry 'cause I'm too tough for that stuff. I'm just sayin' if I did, I was prepared."

He finished his post with both warmth and humor, as he so often does.

"Stay strong lil' Sally - you're a heart warrior and you have many many more birthdays to enjoy," he said, adding, "and remember Uncle DJ is the coolest."

He may think he's the "coolest," but even The Rock knows he's probably not the coolest person on the set of "Baywatch." That honor may go to David Hasselhoff, who played the iconic Mitch Buchannon on the popular TV series and has a part in the movie.

"There ain't no 'Bay' without The Hoff," Dwayne said in announcing the Hoff would be in the film. "Baywatch. Get ready world."
