"The Walking Dead" actor revealed that it can be hard to keep up with the grueling physical demands of his hit AMC show. The TV tough guy explained that he does a lot of different activities to stay fit -- he's even been doing yoga!
The 47-year-old actor, who just graced the cover of Men's Fitness, explained that he doesn't just do one thing to keep that bod' looking so hunky.
"I swim a lot. I run now. I have a gym in my house in Georgia that I workout in. I've gotten a little bit into yoga, which is weird. Don't tell anyone. I have an image to upkeep," the actor told Wonderwall.com.
The AMC star also explained that living away from Hollywood helps him stay fit and healthy. "I try eat really well. That's one good thing about Georgia where I live. It's all organic and healthy. There's no fast food. It's all farm raised and farm grown," said Reedus.
Sounds like he does a lot to stay strong and sexy -- and it shows!
Fans can catch a glimpse of the actor when "Triple 9" opens in theaters on Feb. 26.
