Lori Loughlin's husband, Mossimo Giannulli, has been released from prison several weeks earlier than planned.
Prison records show that Mossimo is now "located" at a facility called RRM Long Beach, which operates like a halfway house.

"He was released three weeks earlier than planned," a source told Us Weekly. "It's Lori's Easter surprise."
Mossimo was initially set to be released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Lompoc, California, on April 17. Although he's no longer behind bars, Mossimo must still complete the final three weeks of his sentence.
TMZ notes that RRM Long Beach is not an actual halfway house and is essentially just an office. It's unclear where exactly Mossimo is, but it's quite possible that he could be serving out the final days of his sentence in home confinement.

Back in March 2019, Mossimo and his "Fuller House" star wife were accused of paying a $500,000 bribe to get their daughters into the University of Southern California as crew team recruits despite neither girl participating in the sport. In May 2020, as part of a deal with prosecutors, they pleaded guilty for their roles in the case and were given prison sentences.
Lori was released from prison on Dec. 28 after serving two months.
Mossimo's time seemed more difficult, as he was forced into solitary confinement in the early days of his sentence due to COVID protocols. In January, he asked to be released to home confinement while claiming he was terrified of the coronavirus spreading in the prison system. However, a judge said Mossimo's arguments weren't compelling enough and that he doesn't have a heightened risk of contracting the virus in prison.
