Oscar-nominated actor set to be a first-time father, more stars who are expecting

On March 29, People magazine, Page Six and more outlets reported that Jonah Hill is set to become a first-time father. Girlfriend Olivia Millar, who co-owns the online vintage shop Chasseresse, was photographed in March sporting both a growing baby bump (see the photos here) as well as a large diamond on her left-hand ring finger. Jonah and Olivia started dating in 2022. The actor's rep has not commented on pregnancy or engagement reports.

On March 24, Daniel Radcliffe stepped out in New York City with his long-term girlfriend, actress Erin Darke — who appeared heavily pregnant. (See photos here.) It was the first indication that the couple of more than a decade are set to become first-time parents. A rep for the former "Harry Potter" child star later confirmed the happy news to multiple media outlets.

Country music star Luke Combs and wife Nicole Hocking Combs are having another baby! The singer took to Instagram to announce their happy news on March 20, captioning a family photo featuring 9-month-old son Tex Lawrence wearing a "big brother" shirt, "Joining the 2 under 2 club! Baby boy #2 coming this September!!"

"Succession" star Sarah Snook revealed she's pregnant with her first child while walking the red carpet at the premiere of the HBO show's fourth and final season on March 20. When "Extra" asked the two-time Emmy nominee what she's learned about parenting from the dysfunctional Roy family, she fired back, "What not to do! … I don't know if the Roy family are a paragon of family values… I don't think we could be looking up to them for guidance." The Australian actress quietly married comedian Dave Lawson in February 2021.

"Ginny & Georgia" actress Brianne Howey is going to be a mom. The Netflix star announced the news on Instagram on March 15. "@boss show with my forever new +1," she captioned a photo of herself with an obvious baby bump. Brianne and her husband, Matt Ziering, tied the knot in 2021. This will be their first child.

Former child star Lindsay Lohan is pregnant with a child of her own! On March 14, the "Parent Trap," "Freaky Friday" and "Mean Girls" actress took to Instagram to announce that she and Bader Shammas — the financier she married in 2022 — are expecting their first baby. "We are blessed and excited!" Lindsay captioned a photo of a white onesie stamped with the words "coming soon."

On March 1, "Vanderpump Rules" alum Stassi Schroeder and husband Beau Clark announced that she's pregnant with their second child. "Secrets stress me out. Baby #2, I love you so much already," Stassi captioned a photo revealing her growing bump. The new baby will join daughter Hartford Charlie Rose, who was born in 2021. Speaking of secrets… Just a few days later, the news broke that several of Stassi's former co-stars were involved in a cheating scandal.

Adam Driver and wife Joanne Tucker are preparing to welcome their second child, Page Six confirmed on Feb. 20. Page Six published photos of the "Star Wars" franchise and "House of Gucci" actor unloading groceries in New York City alongside his visibly pregnant wife of nearly a decade. The fiercely private couple are also parents to a son born in 2016 — though the world didn't learn about his existence until 2018.

Former teen-movie star Anthony Michael Hall is going to be a first-time father. On Feb. 14, the "Breakfast Club," "16 Candles," "Weird Science" and "The Dead Zone" actor announced that his wife and "War Machine" co-star, Lucia Oskerova, is pregnant. "My wife Lucia and I are so blessed, happy and proud to announce on this Valentine's Day, that we are expecting our first child this summer," he wrote on Instagram. "Thank You Heavenly Father!" Anthony further told People magazine — which has exclusive pregnancy photos — that they're having a boy and that Lucia was at the start of her third trimester when they announced the news. He also revealed that they'll be naming their son Michael Anthony Hall II. (The actor was born Michael Anthony Hall but had to change his stage name, flipping his first and middle names, when he joined the Screen Actor's Guild in 1976.)

Barely two weeks after singer Marc Anthony married much-younger bride Nadia Ferreira in Miami, the couple announced that the former Miss Universe Paraguay is pregnant. "Best Valentine's Gift Ever!!!" they shared in a joint post on Feb. 14 revealing their happy news with a baby bump photo. Ten days later, Nadia's growing bump made its red carpet debut (pictured). "Gracias Dios por esta bendición tan grande en nuestras vidas," they also wrote in Spanish, which roughly translates to "thank you God for this great blessing in our lives." This will be Nadia's first child and Marc's seventh: He shares twins Max and Emme, 14, with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez; Cristian, 22, and Ryan, 19, with ex-wife Dayanara Torres; and Ariana, 28, and Chase, 27, with ex Debbie Rosado.

Grammy-nominated rapper Da Brat (left) is pregnant at 48, she announced via People magazine on Feb. 21. "It's been quite a journey," she shared. Wife Jesseca "Judy" Harris-Dupart is already a mom of three, but this is Da Brat's first child. "I never thought I was going to have kids. I just thought it wasn't in the cards for me. I've had a great career, a full life. I felt like, because I didn't get pregnant earlier on, then it just wasn't going to happen for me," she explained. But after falling for Judy, "I started looking at life so differently. I was like, 'I want a little me with you.' Something special from the both of us that we can share and raise and love unconditionally."

Judy convinced Da Brat that she should be the one to carry their child. "We had a little tug-o-war in the beginning… but I felt like she should have the experience. She is so nurturing," explained Judy, who suffered health complications following her egg retrieval procedure. Da Brat also faced medical issues: Before they could transfer the embryo they created with the help of an anonymous sperm donor, Da Brat had to undergo surgery to remove fibroids and polyps — then she miscarried. "I had never been so excited about something that I didn't even know I wanted. I fell in love with the idea and then it was all snatched away from me," she shared. But the couple was lucky enough to have more eggs, and when they announced their happy news, Da Brat was well into her second trimester.

"Crazy Rich Asians" and "Fresh Off the Boat" star Constance Wu is expecting her second child, outlets including Page Six confirmed after the actress was photographed out and about in Los Angeles sporting a large baby bump on Feb. 14. A few days later on Feb. 21, Constance confirmed the news on her Instagram Story, posting a bare-belly pic captioned, "Bun in the oven. Filipinese baby #2 coming soon," referencing her Taiwanese heritage and musician boyfriend Ryan Kattner's Filipino heritage. The couple welcomed their first child, a girl, in 2020.

Drew Barrymore's ex-husband Will Kopelman, an art consultant with whom the actress and talk show host shares daughters Olive, 10, and Frankie, 8, is going to be a dad again. He and second wife Alexandra Michler, Vogue's director of fashion development, are expecting a boy, Alexandra announced on Instagram on Feb. 11, captioning a bump reveal photo, "The year of boys!!"

"The Hunger Games" and "Vikings" star Alexander Ludwig and wife Lauren, a jewelry company founder, are expecting a baby due in May following multiple heartbreaking miscarriages, they announced on Instagram on Feb. 10. "It's been a long road, and we wanted to wait until things were looking promising this time around. Thank you guys for all of the support. We couldn't be more grateful. … Baby Ludwig coming May 2023," the actor captioned a photo revealing his wife's growing bump. "As a lot of you know it's been a long road for @alexanderludwig and myself," Lauren added. "We suffered 3 losses before this one but each one of those losses taught us about ourselves and each other. To everyone out there who has suffered miscarriages before, there is light on the other side of your journey. You are not alone."

An hour after music star Rihanna headlined the Super Bowl LVII halftime show in Glendale, Arizona, on Feb. 12 — causing social media to blow up with speculation that she might be expecting again nine months after welcoming her first child, a son, with rapper A$AP Rocky — her rep confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter and Rolling Stone that the singer is indeed pregnant. Both her name and the word "pregnant" trended on Twitter in the wake of her performance, during which she rubbed her belly.

After years of attempts to start a family, TV host Maria Menounos and husband Keven Undergaro are having a baby, they announced on Feb. 7. "Just after a decade of trying everything, we are so grateful to the beautiful family helping us conceive our baby," Maria told People magazine. "Keven, my dad and I are all beyond excited for this soul to come into our lives. What a blessing." The couple, who first began IVF treatments in 2012 and later turned to surrogacy, experienced other setbacks including Maria's brain tumor diagnosis in 2017; she lost her mom to brain cancer in 2021.

On the Feb. 3 episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," Kit Harington revealed that he and wife Rose Leslie are expecting their second child together. While discussing their 2-year-old son — whose name they've managed to keep under wraps — the two-time Emmy nominee joked that his little boy is "about to get the shock of his life" because "he's about to get a brother or sister." Said Kit of becoming a father of two, "I'm terrified. With the first baby, you're like walking on clouds and dancing through fields of daisies for nine months — well, the man is anyway. But this time, the reality check comes much shorter. You get practical real quick."

He went on to say that his son hasn't "quite conceptually understood [the pregnancy] just yet." Said Kit, "We're trying to get him ready for it. We point at Rose's tummy and we say, 'Mummy's baby, mummy's baby.' And he points to his tummy and goes, 'My baby.'"

Kit and Rose fell in love on the set of "Game of Thrones" and tied the knot in Scotland in 2018.

On Dec. 31, model Ireland Baldwin — the daughter of Oscar winner Kim Basinger and Emmy winner Alec Baldwin — announced that she and her boyfriend, Grammy-winning recording artist RAC (real name: André Allen Anjos) — are expecting their first child together. The next day, Ireland posted photos of her pregnancy cravings on her Instagram Story: Nando's hot sauce, Annie's pizza mini bagels, Just Ice Tea's half-tea half lemonade and strawberry mochi ice cream.

She later revealed what she and her partner plan to name their daughter. "We're naming her Holland. I'm Ireland, so another country name because we wanted to keep that consistent," the model said on the Jan. 31 episode of the "Girlboss Radio" podcast, adding that she also drew inspiration from actress Holland Taylor's moniker. "I've always loved that name since I was young, I just thought that was such a classy, beautiful name, so we're going with Holland," she explained.

Music star Meghan Trainor and husband Daryl Sabara, a former child actor who starred in the "Spy Kids" movie franchise, are expecting their second child this summer, they announced on Jan. 30. "What a blessing," the "Made You Look" hitmaker told People magazine. "I'm just so grateful I can get pregnant. And I'm like, 'I'm crushing it. This is amazing. This is my dreams.' I'm halfway there — I want four kids!" The couple are already parents to son Riley, who was born in 2021.

Britain's Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, are going to be parents again! On Jan. 24, the couple announced that Eugenie — the daughter of Prince Andrew and ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York — is expecting. "We're so excited to share that there will be a new addition to our family this summer," the royal captioned an Instagram photo of their son August, who was born in 2021, kissing her growing belly.

Professional dancers Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy of "Dancing With the Stars" fame are expecting another baby following years of fertility struggles, she announced on Jan. 13. "After 2 years of constant struggle and heartache, 3 miscarriages and a failed embryo transfer…we have a healthy bun in the oven :)) It was a shock to all of us and we found out right before I was going in for my second round of IVF," Peta wrote on Instagram as she debuted her growing baby bump. "This news has brought extraordinary bliss to our family and we have so much to be grateful for." The new baby will join big brother Shai, 6.

On Jan. 14, a rep for "She Said" and "An Education" actress Carey Mulligan confirmed to People magazine that the two-time Oscar nominee is pregnant with her third child. Carey and husband Marcus Mumford, the frontman for Grammy-winning band Mumford & Sons, are already parents to daughter Evelyn, 7, and son Wilfred, 5.

On Jan. 11, tennis star Naomi Osaka announced that she's pregnant — and taking the next year off as she embraces motherhood. "The past few years have been interesting to say the least, but I find that it's the most challenging times in life that may be the most fun," the champion athlete wrote in an Instagram post that included a photo of her ultrasound. She shared that she plans to return to tennis in 2024 with the Australian Open. "I realize that life is so short and I don't take any moments for granted, every day is a new blessing and adventure," she added. "I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future, one thing I'm looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, 'that's my mom,' haha." Naomi has been dating rapper Cordae since 2019.

On Jan. 9, "The Vampire Diaries" alum Ian Somerhalder and "Twilight" actress Nikki Reed announced that they're expecting their second child. "All I've ever wanted from the time I was a young boy was to have a big family. Thank you Nik for giving me that gift. ROUND TWO HERE WE GO!!!!! Thank you thank you to this incredible human for the gift of life and love, for being the most incredible mom and working so hard to make dreams come true!!! When I was taking this photo, I could not believe what I was seeing through that viewfinder. There's nothing more beautiful…" Ian captioned an image of his wife revealing her growing baby bump while carrying their 5-year-old daughter, Bodhi Soleil, 5. Nikki wrote on her own Instagram account, "2023 celebrating life Years of dreaming, manifesting and praying over this very moment. So much love. What a gift."

Emmy-winning actress Claire Danes and her husband, "Hannibal" and "Law & Order" actor Hugh Dancy, are set to be parents again. The "Homeland" actress is expecting their third child, their rep confirmed to People magazine on Jan. 8. The couple are already parents to sons Cyrus, 10, and Rowan, 4.

On Jan. 6, "Price Tag" singer Jessie J announced that she's pregnant more than a year after experiencing a heartbreaking miscarriage. "I am so happy and terrified to finally share this," the British pop star captioned an Instagram post featuring photos from the early days of her new pregnancy. "Please be gentle with me. Honestly, ya girl just wants to ugly cry in public in a catsuit eating a chocolate covered pickle with no questions asked." In 2021, Jesse revealed she was pursuing motherhood on her own. She has not shared if she's following suit now, but in 2022, she was involved with Danish Israeli pro basketball player Chanan Safir Colman.

Brody Jenner is going to be a dad. On Jan. 1, the former reality TV star, who's the son of Caitlyn Jenner and Linda Thompson, took to Instagram to announce that his girlfriend, professional surfer Tia Blanco, is pregnant. "To start off this new year, we'd like to take this opportunity to wish all of our friends, family and followers health, happiness & an abundance of love. We truly appreciate & love you all," the former "The Hills" star and the athlete wrote in a joint Instagram message alongside an ultrasound video. "We are excited to share with you the blessing of a new life in the new year…Our little angel is on their way. Happy new year!"

On Dec. 20, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's eldest daughter, Rumer Willis — who won season 20 of "Dancing With the Stars" — announced that she's pregnant, sharing photos of boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas, who fronts the band Visa Kicks, kissing her growing baby bump on Instagram. Demi took to social media too, reposting the pics and sharing her excitement, writing, "Entering my hot kooky unhinged grandma era."

Former child star Keshia Knight Pulliam is expecting her second child — and first with husband Brad James — the "Cosby Show" actress announced on Instagram on Dec. 1. "Oh Baby Baby!! Baby James coming 2023!!" she captioned an image of herself with her husband revealing her baby bump while visiting talk show host Tamron Hall's studios. Keshia is also a mom to daughter Ella, 5, with ex-husband Ed Hartwell.

Three years after marrying his college sweetheart, Marie Chevallier, Louis Ducruet — Princess Stephanie of Monaco's only son — is preparing for fatherhood. The Monegasque royal and his wife announced their happy news on Nov. 23 — a few days before Louis's 30th birthday — with a playful Instagram post featuring a photo of their dog wearing a "soon to be big brother" onesie. "An adventure is about to begin," the couple captioned the snapshot.

Director, screenwriter and actress Greta Gerwig is pregnant with her second child with her partner,  filmmaker Noah Baumbach. She debuted her growing baby bump at a series of events promoting their newest project, "White Noise" — she stars, he directed — in November. The couple already share a son, Harold, who was born in 2019. Noah is also a dad to son Rohmer with his ex-wife, actress Jennifer Jason Leigh.

On Nov. 21, former Victoria's Secret model and swimwear designer Devon Windsor announced that she and husband Johnny Barbara are expecting their second child together. "Someone's becoming a big sister! So excited to announce we are expecting baby #2 next year!" Devon captioned an Instagram photo of herself with her growing bump on display while holding daughter Enzo Elodie, who was born in 2021.

Former "Home Improvement" child actor Zachery Ty Bryan will soon be a father of seven! This will be his second set of twins! On Nov. 4, the actor announced that fiancée Johnnie Faye is pregnant again. "2 Heartbeats + 2 Sacks = TWINS!" Zachery captioned an ultrasound image, adding the hashtags, #doubletrouble, #timetogetsnipped and #thebryanbunch. The couple are already parents to daughter Kennedy, who was born in early 2022. The actor also has four children with ex-wife Carly Matros: twin daughters Taylor and Gemma, daughter Jordana and son Pierce.

On Nov. 3, "Duck Dynasty" star Sadie Robertson took to Instagram to announce that she and husband Christian Huff are expecting their second child. "Another little miracle is in motion," she wrote alongside a photo of the couple and their 1-year-old daughter, Honey, on Instagram.

Less than five months after meeting in April 2022, Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey are expecting a baby — and it's a girl, the couple announced on social media on Oct. 11. The "Big Bang Theory" and "The Flight Attendant" actress and the "Ozark" actor both posted photos of themselves with a gender reveal cake iced with pink frosting. "Baby girl Pelphrey coming 2023 beyond blessed and over the moon… I [love] you @tommypelphrey !!!" the pregnant star captioned an Instagram slideshow sharing their happy news.

On Oct. 3, British model Daisy Lowe — the daughter of Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale and designer Pearl Lowe — announced that she and her new fiancé, real estate developer Jordan Saul, are expecting their first child together. "I wanted to share some news with you- Jordan & I are having a baby," she captioned a photo of her growing bump and an ultrasound. "We are absolutely bursting at the seams with happiness. I'm oscillating wildly between excitement & nervousness with a dash of morning sickness thrown in for good measure!" The couple announced their engagement in September after two years together.

Oscar winner Hilary Swank and her husband of four years, social venture entrepreneur Philip Schneider, are expecting twins, the actress announced on Oct. 5. "This is something that I've been wanting for a long time," she told "Good Morning America." Later the same morning, the "Alaska Daily" star appeared on "Live with Kelly and Ryan" where she said she was "feeling good" in her second trimester and called her pregnancy at 48 "such a blessing. It's a total miracle. It's unbelievable."

Facebook founder and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan, a doctor and philanthropist, are having another baby — their third daughter. "Lots of love. Happy to share that Max and August are getting a new baby sister next year!" Mark wrote alongside a photo of himself putting a hand on his wife of 10 years' pregnant belly. The couple's daughter Maxima was born in 2015 while daughter August was born in 2017.

The Duggar family just keeps growing! On Aug. 30, former "Counting On" star Jeremiah Duggar and wife Hannah Duggar (née Wissman) took to social media to announce that she's pregnant with their first child five months after they tied the knot. "I'm so grateful for the many blessings in life right now. The top being my incredible wife who brings so much joy to each day, and our precious little baby on the way!" Jeremiah captioned photos of them on Instagram debuting her growing bump and wearing "Mom" and "Dad" hats. Hannah shared on her own account, "From spontaneous adventures and work projects over the last couple of years, to the sweetest dates and then creating a home together, you are my absolute favorite part of every single day. God has blessed me beyond what I ever dreamed possible and I can't wait to see you as a dad!!"

"Younger" star Nico Tortorella and his wife of four years, be.come project founder Bethany C. Meyers, are expecting their first child. "We've been trying to conceive for almost two years and we're happy to announce our baby finally decided the time was right. As anyone with an infertility journey will tell you, it's not easy," the couple told People magazine on Aug. 25. "After months and months of heartache and unknowns we are beginning to see just how much magic and healing this process has already offered. Of course, we still have a ways to go, and we know some days will be more difficult than others. But today is a celebration. Today we are one step closer to becoming parents. All of it is you baby." Nico — who's made headlines over the years when discussing his queer polyamorous marriage — previously opened up on Spotify's "Call Her Daddy" podcast about his and Bethany's efforts to conceive. "We have never been this monogamous and straight in the 15 years that we've known each other. It's been a f****** process," he said in part, adding that while they focused on getting pregnant, "It's OK to put my, you know, 'alternative' sex life on hold for a minute."
