Cardi B is ending her nearly three-year marriage to Offset.

On Sept. 15, the "WAP" rapper filed divorce documents in Georgia, Hollywood Unlocked reported, noting that the split is contested, as she's listed as the plaintiff and the Migos rapper is listed as the defendant.
"There are no prospects for a reconciliation," she writes in the filing, according to TMZ.
The legal filing comes just days after Cardi shared a cryptic message on her Instagram Story that stated, "Her heart finally told her to stop wasting her time." She added, "It's time."
In the filing, Cardi reveals that she and Offset are currently separated.

Cardi and Offset share 2-year-old daughter Kulture, Cardi is seeking legal custody of the child. She also wants Offset to pay child support and her legal fees.
It's not believed that the two had a prenuptial agreement because Cardi is asking for "an equitable division of all marital assets."
The duo has had a rocky history. They secretly married in 2017, but Offset was soon hit with cheating allegations and the couple split in late 2018. Shortly after, he surprised Cardi on stage at the Rolling Loud festival, essentially crashing her performance with flowers in hand and begging for her forgiveness with a cake that read "TAKE ME BACK CARDI."
They would eventually reconcile.
Cardi's divorce filing comes just a few days shy of what would've been their third wedding anniversary.
